Had a lovely family weekend get away here staying in an accessible lodge. Clean great value for money lodge, great entertainment and activities for family, food just ok. Shame there were no disabled cycles for hire and nothing accessible in the play area could not even wheel around the park let alone use anything within it! Despite this we had...

We stayed in pet friendly premium lodge 158 during the Easter holidays . We had a fantastic time at Sandy balls and are so glad we chose to stay there . Our lodge was clean , well equipped and cosy . For a pet friendly lodge it didn't smell or have any tell tale signs that it was a pet...

We hadn't been to Sandy Balls for over 15yrs so we were a little concerned it had been spoilt over time with the expanding demand of camping. We were pleasantly surprised that anything they're changed was an improvement adding to the relaxing environment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable for out of school holidays. Brilliant restaurant,...

I'll be honest and say I just don't see the value. We had the base lodge to sleep 6. Face value was about £650 for 3 nights with a late check in and early checkout meaning it's basically 2 days. Luckily I found a discount online. The lodge itself was clean and the kitchen/lounge area perfectly adequate but the bedrooms...

We stayed here during the Easter holidays. We had the laid back lodge plus... everything was there that we needed. So much for the children to do and keep entertained... we had such a fab time we booked to return in august.

We stayed for 4 nights, Tuesday - Saturday morning, with our own tourer. Ok, it was the run up to Easter and we were expecting it to be rammed - but we didn't notice. We had a hard standing fully serviced pitch which were spaced well enough to afford privacy. Lots of noise in the mornings as the kids jumped...

Just had a really good break at Sandy Balls. The site is clean and tidy as usual and the toilets were spotless. Plenty for the kids to do which kept mum and dad happy. Lovely walks down to the river with nice loads to explore.
