Stayed at this hotel with my guided tour group as we travelled through the Colca Valley. It is a charming, rustic hotel. Very helpful staff to help with luggage on the stairs. The hotel offered a really nice dinner buffet, which is especially important given that its location away from the town (no restaurants nearby). I would recommend this hotel for a short stay travelling through the region.

This is quite a rustic hotel. Lots of stairs which don't work well with suitcases! Although staff are more than willing to assist. There is a common area but in our experience no other travellers hung out there. Also there is no wifi in this hotel! The rooms are quite basic and bathrooms are quite small. But the bed was comfortable and all I needed after a long day. The breakfast spread had a good selection. Overall the hotel is nice to stay for one night but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to meet fellow travelers.

Got a huge three-bed room and the bathroom was immense. The room has no television, the hotel has no wi-fi and the bathrooms can be full of bugs (they won't bother you, but it was a little annoying). Breakfast and dinner buffets were pretty good. The hotel is close by to the plaza, but there is nothing to do there. Just go for a nice stroll and enjoy the beautiful starry night.

Coporaque is a little village close to Chivay, but so much more quiet and rustic. A really wonderful location, great view of the mountains and an exceptionally friendly, interested, going out of their way staff. They did really everything to make our stay unforgettable. Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was great, dinner was great! The room was comfie and cosy and had a little heater. We loved our stay in that place! The owner spoke very well English as did some of the staff.
