The location of the hotel is very good and staff is very helpful. Many city attractions are close by like Palace, Ginza, Tokyo station etc. Well connected by Buses, Metro and Railways. Good breakfast and very good restaurents near by. Good for Business Stay

Remm Hibiya wants to be a modern, international boutique hotel. It has sleek rooms, rainfall shower heads, a serviceable cafe and a great location, steps from the Ginza. But someone forgot to tell the managers at the front desk that they are in the *service* industry. This was my second -- and my last -- stay at Remm. I arrived...

Nostalgic for Seinfeld, ‘The Soup Na-zi’ episode… Well-then, just approach Remm Hibiya’s eldest female front-desk agent, Ms. N_kata and you’ll star in the hotel-set adaptation… Talk-about regimented & inflexible !!! And add to that: stone-cold and abrupt – a retorting, antithesis of Omotenashi hospitality. With her unwelcoming demeanour, condescending attitude and control-freak obsession, your every request becomes a standoff. You’ll...

Good Value - great neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops nearby...as mentioned in other reviews - rooms are very small but super functional- might even be cramped for two people but for one person it was perfect - used it as a stopover for one night on way to catch bullet train to Hakuba for ski trip and the place...

Immediately across the street from the Imperial hotel, 1 block from Hibiya subway station, and one block in the other direction from Ginza. The central location cannot be beat. The hotel itself is quaint and tall... and as previously mentioned here the rooms are very small. I am sure there is a joke about swinging a cat, but the room...

Small boutique hotel in a really convenient location. Close to tons of shopping, restaurants, metro, trains, etc. Easy to get to from the airport. Bigger room than I expected, given Japanese standards. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved everything about this place although the room I had was quite small. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the restaurant which provided provided breakfast was excellent and the entire facility was immaculate. I assume that the room size was typical for the area? I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We decided to stay there because we read all the reviews and the bed seemed to be comfortable (I learned that I need to look for that when traveling to Asia). the rooms are compact, but we could fit our 5 suitcases, it is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely would stay there again...

Room was extremely small and had bad ventilation especially more so for smoking rooms. Also, their pajamas gave me rashes throughout my stay. Not a hotel I'll go back to. Plus side was the location. Extremely convenient, 10min walk to ginza and situated beside the subway station.

Remm Hibiya is my regular returned hotel as I love their location. If you are taking JR, Yūrakuchō station is just one stop next to Tokyo station. If you are taking metro, within a few minutes walking distance, you can access to Ginza, Yūrakuchō or Hibiya lines that can reach out to the majority part of central Tokyo. If you...

Neighbourhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
