Great hotel in a central location of Tokyo. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The subway is conveniently located right below the hotel. For people visiting only for a few days, the subway is a great way to get around and see the entire city. Easy to use as well. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Normally I do not make reviews but in this case I think it is relevant and in particular for those travelling with children. I am a frequent traveler with at least 100 days yearly staying at high-end 5-star hotels worldwide. We were actually all looking forward to visit The Capitol Hotel. However impressions were somewhat mixed – and we would not...

The hotel had an ideal location, just above two metro stations. The hotel was also very nice, with an amazing view over Tokyo. The room was spacious and the bathroom very well designed. The gym / leisure area as well was also very nice.

Fantastic hotel. The room and facilities were very nice. The food and service was great. We felt like VIPs during our stay. The subway station is right underneath the hotel. It was easy getting around Tokyo from the hotel. The only downside for me is that they don't have Japanese food (I love sushi). The menu is mostly Western cuisine....

Great hotel with beautiful views of Tokyo and central location. Short walk to bustling alleys of Akasusa nightlife. Beautiful pool and gym. Only disappointment was that our kids were not allowed to swim. They should have an off peak window for kids like most fancy hotels. Lobby area is stunningly gorgeous and amazing Shinto shrine literally next door - worth...

The perfect location, as well the superb architecture of Kengo Kuma, makes this hotel at the lonely top in Tokio. The rooms are spacious, with a rafinnement where there is a symbiose between western and oriental architecture. The staff is extremely well trained, and they take care of everything. Although it's a big hotel, you never experience this. Nor in...

To be honest, i liked a lot the rooms in particular in the hotel. Spacious, comfortable bed, nice layout. What I didn't like and felt it was a waste of money is the service. For a 5 star hotel, and for the amount of money we paid, i expected SO MUCH better. The staff didn't speak good English, so much...

Another great stay at this hotel. A business trip and a consistently great stay with excellent rooms, great service and staff. The business facilities are just what you need and the location is ideal. I highly recommend it, once again.
