Hotel is a bit outdated in terms of decor and overall look, but clean. Breakfast Buffer on 17th floor is very good . American breakfast on main floor is a bit overrated . Great location - close to a lot of good restaurants / bars.

We booked the special room featuring the snoopy characters, which you can find on the bedcover, towels, slippers, tea sets, glassware, as well as a huge stuffed snoopy doll, very good for hugging. There is also a room service snoopy breakfast set included in the package which are nice. The price is honest speaking very high but for snoopy fans...

I have been staying in this hotel for both Business and pleasure since 1991. After travelling to many countries and staying in many hotels, still this is by far the best hotel for me. The building and the room decor may not be the most fashionable but the service is impeccable and cannot be beaten by anybody else. This is...

Pros - Service, Service and Service, Location, Location Location Cons - Rooms on the smaller side with dated decor, busy exercise room You don't stay at the Imperial, you experience it. The staff at the Imperial value their long heritage as one of the premier hotels in Tokyo, and their reputation in Japan as being first in service. It's considered...

Everything you could think of that you might need is in the Imperial Hotel! The rooms are lovely, well appointed and the service is impeccable. I just loved the 2 weeks we had there! Highly recommended. Ginza is THE place to be based. Subways are incredible in Tokyo, you can get everywhere in no time and they are beyond clean!!

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Imperial Hotel in April. The key feature of this hotel is its outstanding service! From check-in to check-out all of the staff were very helpful, assisting us with carrying our luggage, walking us to our rooms, demonstrating the key features, and recommending restaurants. We were trying to find a specific brand...

Not kidding but I cannot think of any reason not to stay here again in the future or recommend the hotel to anyone whether on business travel or family vacation. It has everything from super helpful staff, great location and apart from having an excellent range of in-house restaurants, the hotel is also surrounded by wide variety of other restaurants...

This hotel is vast, with an enormous lobby and easily a 10 minute walk to your room if in the tower. Service is great, as you would expect, and there is lots of hustle and bustle, but overall feels a little dated and in need of a face lift, e.g. the basement arcade. Rooms are fine, comfortable enough and clean,...

We stayed in Imperial Hotel in April 2017 for 3 nights. We are a family of 4 (including 2 children) and had booked 2 rooms. + Excellent location in Ginza (eating, shopping, subway etc. all walking distance) and other locations in Tokyo also easily accessible + While overall service levels in Japan were good, Imperial Hotel service was definitely a...

This landmark hotel was a great place to stay for our vacation trip. The attention to detail is incredible. Staff very nice and helpful. The room size was very good and the bathroom although compact had everything we needed. The toilet and tub have features not found on US equipment and were so nice, like the heated seat and the...
