My regular hotel when come to Tokyo. As always, a very fine experience staying at the Imperial. Will try to stay on the Imperial Floor and see the difference. Love staying in the main building and love the gym and the hot&cold tubs.

Grand entry. 17 floors of opulence. Breakfast on 17th floor starts at 7am. What a spread! Centrally located, right across from huge park. The rooms are elegant. The bathrooms are world class, with commode seat heated, has two settings for bidet and butt wash. Brings a tear down my leg every time I think about it. Wonderful. Being a world...

We are completing our 4th night at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. We loved it! We had a room on the 16th floor of the main building. Our room was very nice and spotless. After an absence of almost 35 years,it was a great pleasure to stay a week at the Imperial,a signature of Japanese hospitality and efficacity. Whether it was the reception,or the immaculate service and tradional yet modern atmosphere. Visiting Japan is a must, but will never be a complete one if you don't stay at the Imperial.

This hotel I found fabulous. It is in the best position near the Jr. Line and a metro station , the Giinza and loads of alley way restaurants. It's over the road from the imperial palace. The staff are polite and helpful however they need to get their facts right. One concierge told us to go to the imperial palace...

A premier hotel that's very comfortable with great service, very good restaurants, close to the Imperial Palace gardens and a subway station just outside. Whilst the hotel offers many restaurant options, these seem a bit over-priced and one does not get a "real" flavor of the city. However, this is a superb business hotel and a very comfortable tourist hotel.

Our welcome to Tokyo was nothing short of warm and friendly! Every person we encountered could not have been more helpful in making us feel comfortable. We originally booked a room with a queen bed and when I asked if a king was available they accommodated us immediately. One night we ate dinner in their steak restaurant, Koran, and that...

I stayed for one week for business. The staff and facilities were exceptional, especially the helpful staff in the business centre. There was also a great choice of food in the many restaurants of good quality. Great location for exploring the imperial palace grounds and downtown Tokyo and links to public transport. It is expensive but as are most 5...

We stayed here for 3 nights when we first arrived in Tokyo Our first time in Japan so this was our first experience of Japanese service. It was amazing. We felt so welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Even though this is a large hotel, the staff go out of their way to make you feel special. It is...
