An Excellent stay. We booked the Executive double which I believe are all located on the 12th floor and found the room to be spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes and cases. The room has a desk space which if you are working is also helpful. The room was very clean.

They do have an eco policy for cleaning and linen changes and this is well communicated and easy to understand if you want to participate. The airconditioning works well.

We did not use the restaurants in the hotel but did use the laundry and gym which were both very clean and easy to use. Make sure you have some 100 yen coins.

The staff were very polite and helpful with enough English to support non - Japanese speakers.

The hotel is located in Iidibashi and is a brilliant location from which to explore Tokyo. Tokyo and Metro Rail links are less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel and so you can get to and from the hotel very easily.

Lots of small restaurants in the vicinity and all were very accomodating and helped us with ordering. It can be quite difficult to get into some of them without a prior reservation but please try! It is worth it.

There is a Family Mart just over the road at the front of the hotel should you need snacks and drinks for the room. There is a Diaso close by and a small shopping centre with a great supermarket.

Will stay here again.

Staff very polite and helpful. Fabulous location to explore Tokyo, great rail links from nearby station. Lots of small restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Smoking room for those that want it. Great toiletries provided, literally everything you need. Came to Tokyo for a trip of a lifetime for my daughter (16) and she loved this place. When we booked we didn't realise how good a quality hotel it was. Luggage can be held until check in, we checked in early (¥1000) charge but worth it after 14hr flight. Air con in room is great. A real gem of a hotel for those that want a good base to explore. And for those of you who have a shopping mind, there is a Diaso up the road and a small shopping centre with a great supermarket. Our next trip will definitely be staying here.

A very good hotel in central Tokyo, close to Iidabashi Metro station. Nicely furnished rooms and excellent service. There are several good restaurants in the hotel. In one of them a delicate breakfast buffet is served for a reasonable price.

I enjoyed my two-night stay in the Metropolitan Edmont. The bed was comfortable and the room good sized for Tokyo. The room was very high tech with controls for everything right next to the bed. The LED lighting was very good and allowed the whole room to be bright. There's a nice sitting chair in the room and great internet. The TV did not have many channels and little English content.
Make sure to bring your coupon for breakfast buffet since it's a bit of a walk. The breakfast had a huge variety and even an omelet chef and coffee bar.
There are multiple train stations nearby and it was easy to walk to the office. Highly recommend.

This is not what I’ve expected. The room is large and they serve a delicious breakfast! The downside is that you need to take the train to go to Ginza. But the location has so many restaurants to choose from. Tokyo station is just 15 minutes taxi drive and Haneda airport is 45 minutes.

Comfortable hotel with a good price (something easier these days for foreigners, given that the Japanese Yen became weaker) and location (walking distance from the imperial palace). Clean and with friendly staff. Good WiFi service, but no fitness room

We stayed at the Metropolitan Edmont for 9 days for a conference and for some sightseeing time in Tokyo. The room was tiny (you really don't have room for much more than your carry-on luggage!) but squeaky clean and nicely appointed. Air conditioning worked well, which was needed since we were there during a record-breaking heat wave. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Metro station Iidabashi, so it's great for access to the rest of Tokyo. We paid the rate with breakfast included, and the buffet for breakfast was plentiful with both Japanese and Western options. There are several restaurants in the hotel as well as the breakfast buffet room (which features a dinner buffet at night), but we only tried the Chinese restaurant, which was over-priced and not very good. Luckily, across the courtyard from the hotel is a 3 story building with about a dozen eateries--a ramen house, a Korean barbeque place, another noodle shop, a pretty good Chinese restaurant, an upscale Japanese place, and an Indian restaurant, among others. Much cheaper options that the hotel dinners. Also, you can find an ATM that works for foreign cards in the 7-11 there. All things considered, Iidabashi isn't a charming part of Tokyo, but it's quiet and convenient.

We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. This hotel was perfect. We didn't want to stay at Disneyland the whole time we were in Tokyo, so we chose this hotel because it was more central. It is a good neighbor hotel, though, so it had a FREE shuttle to Disneyland twice in the morning and twice in the evening. For that it was awesome. We went to Disneyland three days. I would advise you to book your Disneyland shuttle in advance, or at the very least at checkin, because it fills up and one morning we had to take the 7:30 am shuttle (too early) because the 9 am was full.

We had the breakfast buffet once. It was expensive and the kids hated it. I thought it was nice, but it was lacking in Western offerings. We had dinner there the first night too. It was really expensive, especially since the children ate only rice and bread. It cost us about $130 USD for one adult and two children to have the dinner buffet. I had the sushi, though, which was great and I loved it. We also ate in the tepanyaki restaurant in the hotel basement and we and the kids loved it.

The room was fine, although the setup was weird. We could have sufficed with two beds, but booked four because we didn't know what to expect. They were the Asian super twin beds, which easily could have slept one adult and a small child. Our five year old slept with me the whole time and there was enough room.

Overall, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, there is a Starbucks across the plaza, a subway station nearby and the Disneyland shuttle was great. I would consider this hotel again.

I stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan Edmont for four nights in February. The hotel is well located, a five minute walk to both the underground and above-ground train stations. There are also restaurants and shops nearby, and a Starbucks, 7-11 and chemist within the same block. Very close to the Tokyo Dome (2 minute walk). Hotel itself was great - rooms are vert clean, small but not pokey, bathrooms have everything you need and service from the hotel staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the usual Japanese style, with a few Western-style additions. Only negative I would point out, is that in what seems to be the usual Japanese style, there are no ironing boards in-room. You must request them from the front desk and there are a limited number. Just keep in mind if you are on a business trip! Overall, would recommend, and would stay again.

Iidabashii Station. There are about 4 lines that run through it. The exit for the hotel is signposted in the station. Take exit A2 (its a flight of steps). Directly in front of you will be a Moes burger shop. Walk to the right of Moes straight along the main road until you get to Patisserie Farine, about 5 mins walk. Turn left at the patisserie and the hotel is straight in front of you

Thank you very much for contacting Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. As mentioned in the previous reply, the last limousine bus, trains, express trains and buses leaving Narita Airport to our nearby station will leave before 11:00 p.m. Therefore, we will also suggest to take the taxi. It will depend on the traffic, however, it will usually take around 70 - 90 minutes. Please kindly contact us should you have any other inquiries.
We are terribly sorry for our late reply. Your accommodation date has already passed, however, the directions from Narita Airport to our hotel will be as below. Concerning the airport transfer, there are several ways to reach our hotel. 1) I am afraid there is no Airport Limousine that arrives from the airport straight to our hotel. However, there are Limousines that arrive to a nearby hotel called Hotel Grand Palace. The hotel is about a 5 min. walk from our hotel. You can also catch a taxi. The fare for the adults is at 3,000 JPY (Child 6-12years old 1,500 JPY, under 6years old free) The limousine bus from the airport does not accept reservations. You can purchase the ticket at the limousine bus counter. Please refer the limousine website for the timetable. If the above time table does not suite your arrival time, another way would be to take the limousine bus to TOKYO CITY AIR TERMINAL leaving every 15 mins. ( approx. 60min. 3,000JPY per person) and from there, you could take a taxi to our hotel (approx. 20min. 2,000JPY). 2) The Narita Express train will also be another choice. You can take the Narita Express train from Narita Airport to Tokyo station. It will take about an hour. For the time table, please refer the below address. There is 1 train every hour and the last train leaves at 21:44. From Tokyo station, you could take a taxi (approx. 20min. 1,500 JPY) to our hotel or the JR train ( you will need a transfer at Ochanomizu station) to Iidabashi station and 5minute walk to our hotel. The fare for the Narita Express train is 3,020 JPY one way/person. You do not need a reservation. Please contact our hotel directly if you have any other inquiries. Thank you very much.
