We stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel for 3 nights and were really pleased with the staff, location and facility. Granted it is a high end hotel, but the staff exceeded expectations whether it was to arrange a cab or dinner or to rearrange a tour for the third, fourth and fifth time; just outstanding. The room was spacious and...

We stayed a night there planning to take the express train to the airport and found this hotel right at the station, and the location is perfect. It is close to the imperial palace, all the highend shopping and the underground stores too. We are obsessed with this location just being so closed to all these things for a day...

Great location if you need to be close to Tokyo station, but this hotel is painfully overpriced. Hotel guests have to pay to use the gym and spa facilities, and that's in addition to what you pay for a spa treatment. Aside from that, the room and bathroom are nicely renovated, and small like most Tokyo hotels. If you're already...

I thought this hotel was a bit expensive for what you get, but the convenience of the location can't be beat. It's right at the Tokyo Station and if you have limited time, it's a great starting point to the city. They also have pick up and drop off service which was just amazing. Someone will meet you at the...

I stayed here in October 2016 for one or two night, my reservation was originally for the entirety of my stay but I did not care for the hotel and went to stay at The Conrad for the remainder of my trip. This hotel is a 3.5 but due to my experience I decided to give it a 3 as...

Located in the center of Tokyo city sits a beautiful historic hotel called The Tokyo Station Hotel. The train station and bus stops are conveniently located a few steps away. The underground maze has many shops to browse through as you walk towards your train platform, there are eating places or bento shops if you need to grab something for...

When I arrived the hotel, nobody helps me about my luggage. The concierge open the taxi door and the disappeared when he saw th luggage. It is a carry on loggage on plane with four wheels. So I went to check in. I cannot hear a word from the reception. Therefore I just gave my bamecard, passport and credit card...

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is located within the beautiful building of Tokyo Train Station, yet it is absolutely sound proof, none of the rustling of the area affects in the least the quality of sleep. The staff is polite (the Concierge was particularly helpful). The ambiance is of classical elegance. The bar is very agreeable. The location...

We stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel and am pleased with the location and the service rendered. Whenever we needed something, a phonecall away and service is provided almost immediately. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that our room was soooooo far away. Room 3020. After a long tiring day of shopping, we had to lug our...

This was my second and third time staying at The Tokyo Station Hotel, having chosen to stay there at the start and end of my recent trip to Japan. The excellent service started even before I reached Japan. The concierge team, especially Ms. Marie Antoinette Mori, was most helpful in helping me arranging some dining plans and were able to...
