Not really. That is what so surprising about Pennisula. The lobby is a restaurant rather then a lounge bar where you can meet people. They do a higher restaurant on the side which might serve as one. If your taking business center or room where you get coffee you might want to call?
I was surprised. For meeting guests and high end people, the oriental and Aman is far more impressive.
