Understated, elegant design but, as with all truly exceptional hotels, it is the team that makes the difference. Helpful, genuinely friendly and all consummate professionals. And with a great sense of humor to boot! Lovely big bathroom and dressing room, rooms comfy and roomy. Perfect location. Can't recommend highly enough.

I love this hotel. Maybe one of the best ones I have ever stayed at in my life. Service is consistently incredible - I have been here several times for business. Everyone is friendly and helpful, which is so valuable when you are staying in a foreign country. The rooms are amazing. Huge, and with a walk-in closet I wish...

This is my favorite hotel in the world. You can see from my profile I get around, but that superlative also includes other great hotels which I haven't reviewed, such as the Four Seasons HK, the Pierre in NYC, Park Hyatt Zurich (my #2) and others around the world. Even amongst steep competition, the Penn TKY stands alone. The rooms...

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room size was excellent, the bathroom luxurious and the closet was huge. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We enjoyed going down to the lower level and watching the bakers at work. It is very convenient to everything.

I always look forward to returning to this hotel. The rooms are huge and service is impeccable. Location for shopping and business also excellent. Center of Ginza is about 3 blocks away from the back the hotel. The hotel is also directly connected to Ginza underground station. Bedroom - Huge walk in closet fitted with shoe valet closet AND dryer...

The Peninsula is within walking distance from Ginza shopping area. There is a passage to Hibiya subway station at the basement level of the hotel so there is no need to walk on the street during rainy or hot days. Our room is luxuriously appointed, we were especially impressed by the size of the walk in closet & the placement...

Love the service, the location, the gadgets, room size, bath, everything. Not to mention the automatic lift heated toilet seats and their famous lock box valet service. Exceptional, but can someone show me how to use that coffee machine?

The Peninsula has the best location of all luxury hotels of Tokyo, at intersecting point of 3 subway stations. Very spacious room well equipped, with walk-in wardrobe and large bath with twin sinks. Service is good, though as everywhere in Japan spoken English could be more fluent. Hotel amenities are complete, and the Nespresso in room is useful. The top...

I stayed here with a big group of people. My previous friend and I were upgraded to a suite. The room had a walk in closet, dresser, tub with TV, 2 sinks and was really spacious. But for $800 a night, i wouldn't expect anything less.
