Very close to the Tokyo station. Easy to find when is tour first stay, and you do not know the city. The rooms have great views, and complimentary bottles of water each day of youtube stay. The personal speaks proper english and area very help full.

Stayed here for 5 nights in August. As other reviewers have noted the rooms are small, but I had two large suitcases (too many souvenirs!) and had no problems moving around the room - just a matter of being organised. It was raining for most of my stay, but the hotel's close proximity to the station (and a JR rail...

We stayed late August 2014. Hotel was very easy to locate despite coming off a 12 hour flight and 8 hour time difference . The hotel starts on floor 27 of the Sapia Tower which can make for great views (request a room on the outer walls to ensure this). Although situated very close to Tokyo station the walk to...

With location you get access to heart of Tokyo city. Tokyo station is right in the basement and personally for me most convenient as my office is next building itself. For tourists Emperor's palace is walking distance.

I stayed here for business for about 8 nights. The place is very convenient next to the Tokyo station with lots of shops and restaurants around The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. They provide both western and Japanese breakfast wwhich is great. The price was reasonable as well.

This is the second time that I've stayed at this hotel, it's very stylish, modern, clean and quiet. Reception is on the 27th floor and they have a million dollar view of the city. As was the first time my room was very comfortable and peaceful. The hotel is centrally located and right outside Tokyo Station, I would definitely go...

Fantastic location close to the main train station. Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Views over Tokyo were fantastic and due to jet lag was fortunate to enjoy the sun rising over Tokyo bay from the hotel window. Bar/restaurant very clean and good food. Quiet and great for the weary traveler.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights in July for holiday. Since the hotel is at Tokyo station, we just have to ride on Narita Express to reach there from Narita airport. Hotel was renovated a couple of years ago, but it gave the feeling as if they have renovated yesterday. Everything was well kept. Also,...

The location is great. The room is not very big but it match the standard of Japanese hotels. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to help their customers.

I like this for the proximity to the train station and everything else in central Tokyo. I think it is a nice place to get away from the noises of the city as it is the top floors of a high rise so it is quiet. I recommend this place to anyone who is willing to spend a little more
