Rooms are rather small but that you will find everywhere in Japan. Didn't had any food here except breakfast due the convenient location, there is so much to do in this area. Tokyo station and all its little restaurants and bars are just around the corner Would definitely come back again here during my next visit to Tokyo.

excellent location for reasonable price. Handy queen as well as double size bed for a family of 3 (2 adults + 1 small child). complimentary bottled water is well considered. recommended for fly in/out at Narita airport, as well as good accessibility, so much more choices of restaurants/cafes/shops around this hotel compared to the one around the airport. many places...

I stayed in this hotel from 6/1 to 6/4 for 3 nights, had a room with view and a queen bed. Room is cozy, big window with Tokyo city view was nice to wake up to. Bed is comfy, I usually like hard bed, and the bed here was a little soft for me but still nice. Room is very...

Directly outside the train station with the hotel reception on the 27th floor and all rooms above so fantastic views. Very clean neat and wonderful beds after a 14 hr flight and 1 hour train trip! Staff was wonderful as we checked in very late at night and we had attentive service with them showing us how to work the...

Stayed here for 1 night, was supposed to be 5. Positives: - modern, new - right next to Tokyo station - friendly bellboy Negatives: - certain concierge staff member that checked us in was extremely unfriendly and completely unhelpful when we ran into a problem. Did not even crack a smile and did not even bother to help us out,...

This hotel is literally a few steps away from Tokyo Central Station, so is handy for access to Shinkansen (bullet trains), express to Narita airport & several subway & JR lines. It is new & beautifully appointed, but the best thing is that reception is on 27th floor & rooms are above, so all rooms have a spectacular view over...

We found the staff very welcoming on arrival and they worked hard to accommodate our early arrival. Our room was a reasonable size, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. He view from the room was impressive. The breakfast was expensive for the choice of options on the western buffet side and what options there were could be considered to be mediocre....

Once you find your way, this is a splendid good value hotel (comfort/service/quality). We had two stays here, our first night and the last two nights of our Japan trip. They kindly looked after a couple of our bags whilst we travelled. Our rate included breakfast for the first stay and we found it a little disappointing; food quality and...

My wife and I where on an 8 day visit to Tokyo, and did stay at this hotel for the whole vacation. The hotel seems brand new, everything is clean and nice as elsewhere in Tokyo. We did arrive 3 hours early, but where not able to check in early as our room was not ready. We had not included...

I usually stay here as my Japanese HQ is just nearby. The location near Tokyo Station is also great since that's where the Narita Express train comes in. Rooms and bathrooms are, like most 3-4 star hotels in Japan, on the small side but since it's only me, there's no complaints. I've never eaten in the hotel since Daimaru and...
