We stayed at this hotel after arriving in Japan. After a delayed flight, we were unlucky to have our luggage lost by our airline for every member of our party! The front desk were so helpful and they spent a long time phoning Narita airport, the baggage handlers, the courier company for us. They really went out of their way...

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel which is close to Shimbashi station and the Ginza area. The room was very small, around 3x4 m in total inc bathroom. The entrance to the hotel is an elevator with the reception on the second floor and the rooms on the other floors. Becasue of this I didnt really had the opportunity...

Two major issues: Outside noise. Every night, all night long, people yelling and screaming in the street. Even with the window closed you can hear it, loud and clear. The room was extremely hot - but the air conditioner system is turned off for the season. So, with all the noise outside you close the window and bake. No fan...

This hotel was recommended by one of our Japanese friends. It is located in the centre of Tokyo city, Ginza area. Although the room is not very big, it is enough for a family with 2 children.The hotel's rate is USD150. The location of this hotel is EXCELLENT.
