The rooms were tiny, but clean. The staff was pleasant and professional, although their English was rather limited. Located in a bustling area of restaurants, shops and next to a subway station, the hotel was very conveniently located. The buffet breakfast included in the price had an excellent mix of Japanese and Western offerings -- and was delicious. I would...

I would recommend this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was great. The breakfast was tasty and had a good spread. Coffee was complimentary throughout the day. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The wifi was excellent and the rooms were well equipped with housecoats, soaps etc. Rooms were small, as most...

3 night stay in Feb 2017. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the rate (served from 6:30-9:30). There is a subway stairwell entrance literally next door to the hotel main doors. My only negative comment is that when we arrived to check-in at 11:30pm (flight landed at 10pm) they had given our room away. Apparently if...

This small hotel is perfect for a budget stay. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Restaurants abound in the area and transportation is readily available. Breakfast is buffet with simple selections but satisfying. Rooms are small but give enough space to move. A pleasant stay in the city.

Comfort hotel is conveniently located next to a station. It is also just right above a 7-11 store, and a supermarket just diagonally across a junction. The area is quiet but definitely safe to be in. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is also quite filling but almost the same everyday. My stay was...

Rooms are typical Comfort Hotel size - small. The subway entrance is almost next door to the hotel. Caution only stairs at this entrance/exit - a really good climb, therefore if you have lots of luggage avoid this hotel. From the subway street entrance it is almost a 1km (feels that way) walk underground to the subway station gate. The...

Rooms are smaller other than the location is great and reasonably priced if you book way in advance. There is a Sky line train from the airport to the hotel location, which can be found without a glitch. The Japanese people are great in directing to you to the right/shortest direction, Many time we experience they would go out of...

I love how Tokyo hotels make efficient use of their space! Though our room was very small, it was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Location right outside Bakurocho station was amazing! Only two stops from Tokyo station and easy access to Chiba. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is at the exit 4 of Bakurocho station. There is elevator from subway to level B1. Then, you need to take steps to the hotel. Room is clean and quite new. A convenience store is just next door. This area is calm and need to walk a bit for restaurant. Breakfast is good for quick meal. Overall is...

This hotel is so close to a subway station. Well it was next to Bakurocho Station entry! Bakurocho station is also connected to several stations nearby. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in Tokyo. Also, there is a direct train to/from Narita airport. There was also a 7-11 next door. The room is a typical Comfort Hotel in Japan...
