Went there with family for a week trip under Sotetsu Fresa Inn after reading several review that the location is good. Agree that the location is quite good but is still around 1.5km away from Tokyo Station but a lot of nice mini restaurants around the hotel. Hotel room is despicable small for 2 person. is only good for 1...

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. The rooms are very small, but comfortable and the hotel offered all we needed for our stay. The staff was nice and spoke English very well. Good location, a few minutes away from Kayabacho subway station and 20 minutes walk from Tokyo station. Recommended!

10m Walking distance to Tokyo Station. Room is tiny. The front lobby looks like a motel. Tall persons beware: small bed but sparkling clean sheets. Old soiled carpet but no smell. Free fixed breakfast at Pronto is a joke: kind of shredded cabbage, two toasts, one egg and one coffee or tea or range juice. Strictly no refill: when asked...

Location: booked this hotel for a cheaper cost. location is a bit far from malls but still manageable. Kayabacho is a station away from Nihombashi which is very near from Tokyo Station.Tsukiji and Ginza is around 3 stations away but if you don't mind walking a lot, it's feasible to walk to Tsukiji and Ginza just like what we did....

For the amount we paid per night (~200plus/night), it was the most disappointing and smelliest sotetsu fresa hotel ever. The whole place stank of stale and fresh cigarette smoke. The room was so smelly as the stench was deeply embedded into the wall papers, curtains and carpets which were covered in stains. I had to use the air purifier and open...

Stayed 5 nights. If not for the fact that breakfast is included in the room rate, we would never patronise the Pronto cafe downstairs. The cafe manager is rude and abrupt and although the staff are polite, she ruled the roost and you can't avoid her. Because of this, we'll not stay here again. We would stay at more convenient...

#1, Location. This is a business (not a luxury) hotel in a business district so not a whole lot of activities like in Ikebukuro, Ginza, Ueno, Nakano, Akihabara, Shinjuku etc but with Metro Station just few minutes walk (download the Tokyo Subway Navigation free app helped tremendously) one can access pretty much most places in Tokyo (besides wandering and getting...

Staff was very helpful. No problems with check-in or check-out. Room was small but clean. It is however quite standard size for a hotel in tokyo I guess. But the bed was small. Wifi was quite good (stable connection). Toilet was clean and small. But considerably ok size. I didn't bump against the wall or toilet fixtures as compared to another...

This is a very convenient location hotel in downtown Tokyo. First, if you arrive Tokyo at Haneda International Airport, there is a direct airport line to Kayabacho subway station which is 1 minute walk to the hotel. The train ride from Haneda to the Hotel takes about less 30 minutes only. So when you are staying at the Inn, you...

Check in was good and the staff was friendly. Location is ok, but it could be much better considering the distance to Tokyo station is still a 25 minute walk. The room was tiny and the bathroom was dirty (stains all over the place). Breakfast was an absolute joke. One piece of bread with a Coffee. Considering we have paid...
