Have been staying at the Royal Park for several years and am always pleased with the quality of the staff and facility. It's location is excellent for our business and conveniently located by TCAT and the Honzomon line.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the bus terminal for the airport. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, the staff is great, the rooms are a decent size (for Tokyo), and the food is good. The keys are unique, I can't remember the last time I received a real key for a hotel room, but it's...

Stayed at the Park Royal for 4 nights. The hotel rooms felt a little dated but they were definitely larger than the standard hotel rooms in Tokyo. Had access to the Executive Lounge and utilized it for happy hour...enjoyed some drinks and snacks which actually led me to skip dinner one evening. Breakfast was ok, not bad and not extraordinary...I...

I stayed here recently for several nights with my husband who was conducting business in Tokyo. We had an executive king room that was well equipped but rather small (although probably average by Tokyo standards). The hotel does appear to cater to foreign business travelers, judging by the many present the following morning at breakfast and the fact that breakfast items...

It's 1 month shy of 4 years since I was here last. The hotel seemed a bit dated then and it still does, but don't let that dissuade you. It has been impeccably maintained. I routinely write about the grime that accumulates in other establishments, sometimes in just months. Staying at the Royal Park it's as if I just left...

The staff were all excellent, but the hotel was super dated (at several points it felt like the Overwatch Hotel from The Shining) and the food/drinks were incredibly overpriced. We each had an omelette and potatoes for breakfast one morning and our bill was around US$55, and even for that money they were without a doubt the worst omlettes we've...

i have stayed in multiple hotels in tokyo, from the cheap and dumpy to the expensive and chic, Royal Park falls into the mid range. the hotel is very large, is spotlessly clean and well maintained, if a little dated in decor (1990's style). service is excellent, every staff member we encountered was flawlessly trained. the breakfast buffet was ok...

This hotel is located next to TCAT and thus trips to and from Narita and Haneda Airports are convenient. There is not much to see around the hotel, but Subway Hanzomon Line "Suitengu-mae" station is in the basement of this hotel, so it's easy to move. The hotel is a little run down, but it's generally kept clean. The restaurants...

Courteous staff, easy access to subway, rooms a little dated, on-premise restaurants heavily overpriced, area quiet but quick access to many external (good and cheap) eateries. Location not ideal for sightseeing: That always requires use of the subway - hotel sells 24/48h subway passes.
