The pricing is reasonable for Tokyo. The room was adequate with housekeeping doing a good job. Hotel is a little run-down and could use an update, especially when the key is a literal key which is quite heavy, compared to a key card, which I am so used to. The chair to the desk is very close to the bed...

The hotel is in a quiet area of Tokyo, which is nice if that is what you are looking for. Really clean and the staff is very friendly. Take advantage of the fact that the hotel has a subway exit built right into the bottom of the hotel and ride the subway, very convenient,

I've stayed at the Royal Park hotel 3 times now because it's near where I'm usually working. The hotel is super easy to get to from Narita airport - just buy a ticket for the Airport Limousine bus at arrivals (you need the T-CAT stop but they will know the hotel name too), go outside, and wait for the bus....

Great hotel with good service and amenities in the heart of Tokyo. Great for the business traveller or tourist. Rooms could do with freshening up but apart from that its a great place to stay. Exceptional staff service throughout the hotel

Very central location for business, it even has a metro station on the basement. The room need to be updated ASAP but have decent space for being in Tokyo. There are many dining options in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is very good.

I always book a de luxe room, executive floor which is spacious, comfortable, and good value. Convenience of being next to TCAT, and above subway station is excellent. I like the fact that the aircon can be turned down to 18 deg C. The room is a little dated, I did not have an upgraded bathroom, but that is not...

Very good option in terms of quality of service, location and pricing. It is very comfortable and classic - dont expect any etravaganza or design objects. It's convinient location allows for business trips but also for sightseeing - the metro station is located directly under hotel. Easy to reach from Narita - indeed city terminal is just next doors. Generally,...

Huge hotel, as I read in one of the reviews a little bit worn out, front desk personnel too obsequious for me and not really caring to solve your problems. For the pros, metro station is just under the hotel which is convenient and rooms are clearly big for Tokyo. I don't see a lot more. Given the pricing, I...

We stayed at the Royal Park Hotel in Oct 2016, for 4 nights. We also stayed at the Cerulean Hotel on the same trip for 4 nights too, so it is easy to compare what “luxury hotel” is about. The Royal Park Hotel is old, I mean, you can call it charming if you like, but it’s an old hotel....
