Very warm welcome at check-in though perhaps too much focus on trying to get me enrolled in their loyalty scheme. Room was ok the tenth floor. No real view except of the building opposite. Walls are marked/scuffed quite badly and need painting. Very squashed even for Tokyo and almost claustrophobic at times. Sweet bathroom with decent shower. Nice traditional style...

This hotel is wonderfully situated to the Ginza shopping and entertainment area, it's locality to the rail network is perfect. All the staff but one could not do enough to assist, their greetings each morning at breakfast was heart felt and their offer to assist with any inquiry was very genuine. Sadly after a long day out at DisneySea we...

Great location next to Ginza shopping district and metro stops. The rooms were good, and the breakfast was great. The wifi did not work during my entire stay, which was inconvenient; hence the 4 star. Good, not great.

Roughly 30-35 minutes by taxi from Haneda Airport to the hotel. There is a metro station right beneath/next to the hotel. Highly accessible hotel. Reason of staying here was to get to the Tsukiji fish market (one subway train away which operates from 5am). Then a short 3-5 minute walk. Concierge has a special map for all directions to nearby...

Nice small hotel a few minutes from main Ginza shopping area. Need to take elevator to 2nd floor to check-in. Reception staff speak English and are all politely friendly. Superior twin was decent size but no view due to narrow streets in Ginza.suggest asking for higher floor and non smoking floor if street noise (minimal anyhow) or smoke bother you.
