The room is spacious when compared to other hotels in Japan. Breakfast is superb, live jazz band at the bar and the bar itself was awesome. Staffs were very attentive and helpful, amongst the best MO I have been in Asia so far. Can't wait to stay at MO again

We stayed at three different hotels, because we wanted to find out, which one is best. The first one was Shangri-La, the second one The Peninsula and the third one Mandarin Oriental. We stayed at all hotels for three days, a total of nine days. I booked all hotels through GrandLuxuryHotels and have been very pleased by the service offered...

The hotel is close to perfection. Nice rooms great service. A wonderfully 8 seats sushi restaurants probably one of the best in Tokyo. The only missing star is because of the spa : at first they asked for us to pay to get in :-/ then they said no need but there is no swimming pool... you usually expect one...

We have stayed in many hotels across the globe and this one is by far the best. The service is second to none and the food is outstanding. Tetsu, Yu, Fiona, Yu & Tsudoi have shown us such a wonderful time we will come back to this hotel to enjoy the experience all over again. We would recommend this as...

Incredible service and nice people. The views are stunning and the gym is amazing. My only complaint is the spa room which only allows guests until 9 am. I mention this because after a full day in Tokyo I want to recline and take a steam. I disagreed that I should pay a day pass at 730 pm. Meanwhile no...

This was both a business and personal trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Its quality from facility, ambience to food and hospitality is of the finest among all five-star hotels I have stayed with in my life. Furnitures in room is a bit old as is the case for majority of hotels in Japan but are...

We stayed in a grand premier room on the 32nd floor with stunning views over Tokyo. Early in the morning we could see Mt Fuji, and in the evening the skyscrapers and transport system were lit up across the city. At these prices you would expect the facilities to be good, but I can honestly say they were worth every...

There are 5 star hotels and then there are 5 star hotels. This is the ladder. From the moment you make the reservation the service starts. Emails from the concierge are on point. The hotel is stunning. The service is second to none. The room I had, upgraded via American Express fine hotels program was great. The spa was outrageous....

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Tokyo is a lovely beginning to any visit to Japan. The hotel is located on the top floors of a high rise building in the Nihonbashi area of the city- new Tokyo Station. The rooms were very comfortable with silk fabrics and state of the art electronics. Ask for a room facing Mt Fuji. Our...
