Second stay and just as good as before. Decent size room with comfy bed. Good service from all encountered. There is even a nearby Starbucks just down the road that one of the porters kindly directed us to.

In Tokyo for 7 days. One of the cleanest cities I have ever visited. People were extremely friendly. Hotel was exceptional and their service was bar none one of the best. Elegance at its best. Accommodations were extremely the best. Staff were accommodating and most spoke English.

We stayed in February 2015 for three nights - there were four of us, including our 4 years old daughter, and son aged 8 months. Our Japan holiday started at the Park Hyatt Tokyo for four nights; then skiing in Nozawaonsen for a week; and finished here at the Mandarin Oriental. Overall it was a great trip, and we can...

Stayed here for business. The hotel is so welcoming, clean, warm and has all the amenities needed. The views are just amazing where one side views Mt Fuji and the other the Tokyo Skytree. I only had breakfasts at the hotel and the service and food were great!

I say that only half in jest. The service is impeccable from the minute you set foot on the property. Everyone knows your name and is there to provide just what you need when you need it. The gentleman who seems to run the floor during the (outstanding) breakfast buffet is a shining example of passionate customer service; he anticipated...

A beautiful, well groomed Hotel with caring and attentive staff. Gorgeous rooms, views and facilities and great location in the Muromachi area. Step out of the Galleria to fabulous department stores or take a short taxi or (20min) walk to the Ginza district for extreme shopping!

Mandarin Oriental Tokyo surpasses all of our experiences for the best service and staff in any hotel ever. Everyone is unfailingly polite and efficient and courteous. Our rooms were awesome (clean, modern, great views, quiet) - we had adjoining corner suites as we went with teens. Niccolo (or Niccolino) from K'shiki restaurant for breakfast brunches (make sure you get all...

The Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo is a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. We recently stayed there for our first trip to Tokyo. The rooms are decorated in Japanese style with outstanding views of Tokyo. The beds are about as good as any I have slept in. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The service at the Mandarin is excellent. The staff are so accommodating, professional and wow, helpful. The spa is wonderful, an infinity spa overlooking the city. I asked the doorman where the department store was, and he walked me there. You don't see that every day. Sushi room is excellent. Centrally located to walk.
