Apa Shiomi is good, but Apa Kaihin Makuhari is also good, so I use it, but
& Resorts have large public baths in every location, so you can relax after your trip and get around easily the next day.
No matter where you stay with Apa, you can always make a reservation with confidence because it's reliable.

One thing that bothered me was that the desk in the APA hotel is next to the mirror (to make the room look larger), so when I moved the flat-screen TV on the desk to work on the part of the desk that wasn't facing the mirror, a lot of dust came out. I would like the desk to be cleaned, including the TV area. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Above all, it's great that there's a large public bath, so I recommend it.
The only drawback is that the coin laundry is in the large public bath, so you can only use it during the public bath's operating hours.
Other than that, there's a Lawson on the first floor, and there are four elevators, so you can get on without having to wait too long.
There was also a cleansing, face wash, lotion, and milk set in the lobby, which was helpful.
This time, there was a JIMA bottle for each person to help themselves, so I got one♪

It is 3 minutes walk fromShiomi station.
Very convenient.
It is located in a very quiet place ( be carefull, nothing much around : no shops or restaurants ) but which makes the location very quiet and peaceful once reaching the hotel after a full day of work.
Rooms are 100% APA hotels standarts : so no bad ( or good ) surprise to expect.
A very great SPA is located on 2F and makes it ideal to relax in the evening.
Shiomi station is just 2 or 3 stations away from Tokyo main central station, which makes the city centre reachable in less than 10mins.
Very Good Value for money !
Do bear in mind that this is a business hotel, so spaces are limited. Guests who have read the reviews and still choose this hotel, please do not gripe about the lack of space. :)
1. good water pressure in shower
2. comfortable bed (despite a pillow that was as thin as a potato chip)
3. lots of sunlight in the room
4. wake-up calls were on time
5. proximity to grocery store
6. internet was reliable
But everything else drove me absolutely crazy. Insanely tiny room with no shelves or anyplace to put your suitcase. Desk chair slammed into bed if you moved back 10-15 cm. Friendly but utterly unhelpful staff if you encountered a problem. Breakfasts were so bad, they were mostly inedible. Coffee machine was OK, though.
For 1 night, it would have been ok. If your stay is any longer, you might want to seriously consider another hotel.
Hotel was very conveniently located for the venues I needed to be in, but is a bit far if you want to be in central Tokyo (although Shibuya is about 45 minutes by metro)
Spa looked amazing but was closed due to covid.
Rooms are small as they always are in Japan
