Our room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom was a good size as well with a separate toilet and nice sized vanity that had room for our toiletry bags. There were quality toiletries in wall dispensers but also a little pack of 4 that contained face foam, makeup remover, body lotion and body wash.
We visited the Executive Lounge and enjoyed drinks and canapés however did not dine at restaurant at the hotel as we had a late lunch on our walking tour. Next day before our late checkout we enjoyed our free Accor drinks in the lobby bar.
The hotel is situated in a less busy area of Tokyo but is well serviced with a shopping centre across the road that has a multitude of restaurants. There are 2 stations close by - Tamachi and the subway one is Mita. We saw the train from Haneda and our guide advised you can get to Narita too.
The hotel staff were friendly and very polite. Really couldn’t have asked for better service.
When we return to Tokyo for a longer stay we would definitely stay there again.

But our favourite thing was the location which is a business district so that meant that next to the hotel were a wide range of restaurants that we actually ate at for a few different evenings - perfect after a busy day around Tokyo. And full of local business people entertaining which was fun.
Loved heading into the nearby metro when everyone was arriving too - busy but SO organised! And being on the circle line meant it was easy to get everywhere.
All in all a good place if you are looking for a bit of a quieter location to stay, in a great location for exploring the city, in a comfortable hotel.
The location is terrific 4 min walk covered to the JR lines, and access to a few subway lines further down as well. It’s hard to keep 5 star expectations for any hotel in this league. But they are definitely near the 5 star, prices are adequate for Tokyo and the size of room, just book in advance to save money. Overall would definitely consider making this a base camp for my next journey to Tokyo.
Location - a 2 minute walk from the Yamamoto Line and a 3.5 minute walk from the Mita Station. It was so easy to get to all of the major areas and tourist attractions. There are also many great restaurants within a 1-10 minute walk and super easy access to a supermarket, 7-11 and FamilyMart. We loved that it was very well located, but also quiet and peaceful. Because it was a business district, we also noticed that there was more English spoken here than other areas of Tokyo (we tried to speak Japanese when we could, but we only knew basic phrases)
Room - we had a lovely room with a king (or maybe even larger) bed, great bathroom with shower and reasonable closet space. It was very clean and well appointed.
Restaurant - the breakfast buffet was amazing and I also had a delicious lunch at the restaurant. The service was fantastic and everyone’s English was great (my Japanese is terrible)
Room service - I had one room service meal - it was okay, but not the highlight of our stay.
Check-in and check-out - both were very smooth. We were at the hotel early (right off the cruise ship so about 10 am) and the staff sent us up to the executive lounge until our room was ready. It was only about a 15 minute wait. Check out was very smooth as well, staff was incredibly helpful with our bags etc getting us into a taxi to head to the airport.
Executive Lounge - this was truly the highlight of this overall great hotel. Jordan and his team could not have been more welcoming, hospitable and helpful. 5 days into my stay I seriously sprained my ankle stumbling on some stairs and they could not have been more helpful. All hotel staff were great - providing a wheelchair for the rest of the stay, bringing bags of ice to the room and looking after me. I couldn’t have asked more from a family member! The lounge itself is a welcoming space, with snacks and drinks (including wine and beer) available for most of the day and a wonderful happy hour from about 5 to 7:30 with some amazing Japanese whisky and appetizers. The team was also incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, activity suggestions and overall assistance with any logistics required (for me that included finding crutches and a medical clinic). I am incredibly grateful for this team.
I would stay here again any time I return to Tokyo - thank you so much!
Room was spacious and the breakfast was a combination of both western and japanese food. Also one of the best coffees in Tokyo .
Highly recommended.

Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms)
The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out.
The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed.
The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge.
Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience.
Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Off who checked us in was very informative and welcoming. Actually the whole team gave great customer service. Friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. Shout out to Carl, Fuga, Masayoshi and Mayumi for their personal service. Kanon from the Executive Lounge who helped organise a couple of surprises for my husband’s birthday was exceptionally helpful. With this kind of service it’s hard to not want to stay here when in Tokyo. We have found our home away from home. This is definitely our first option when returning to Tokyo. The location was great. Very close to train station, plenty of restaurants around at very affordable prices and a huge supermarket downstairs of the escalator to the right coming out from Pullman. A good size supermarket with freshly baked breads and large variety of ready to eat meals. They have microwaves just outside of the checkout counters to reheat prepared meals. Prices are quite good too. Very busy with workers as Pullman is surrounded by office buildings. Breakfast was buffet and an alarte menu that you can order over and over again. Barista coffee was included in the buffet which is a nice change to coffee machine. Restaurant not very big but nice. One incident I’m not at all happy with was when I claimed the welcome drinks downstairs level 2 bar as roof top bar was not open. They wanted to serve my drinks in a paper cup as I wanted to take to the room. When I said I wanted in glasses, the lady said they don’t have enough glasses (they had 6 there) they needed to keep for customers. Am I not a customer? I was only claiming 2 drinks. Or is it because I am claiming the welcome drink they want to save the glasses for the paying customers.? Unbelievable!!! I told them to get the classes from the lounge as I don’t want paper cups. It was almost a perfect stay until this. I don’t understand about wanting to keep the glasses coz she only had half a dozen left, yet the restaurant was just across the foyer and Executive Lounge upstairs with another rooftop bar that I’m sure had plenty glasses.
The breakfast is really good, and staff is friendly. We also sent our luggage to Kyoto hotel via a courier from the hotel front desk, and this saves a lot of headaches in lugging and the trains have limited storage ability. It was also not very expensive.
There are many boroughs in Tokyo so the hotel you choose should be based also on your interests.
The check in at the front desk went smoothly and we were greeted by Jordan who was working in the Executive Lounge when we were there last year. He was genuinely pleased to see us return and always maintained a professional approach.
We had a suite which is always a bonus space wise. We have stayed in a standard room before and it was very compact. The extra space allows you to have both suitcases laid out. The suite was spotlessly clean and had all you would need.
The shower was huge and there was also a free standing bath and separate toilet.
The Executive Lounge is a lovely space attached to a rooftop bar. Brandon, who was also there last year, was his usual hospitable self, ensuring that everyone was comfortable, happily attending to every request. There is a small choice of canapes and dessert. Draught beer, sake, wine and basic spirits are on offer.
Breakfast at Kasa offered a large variety of buffet food, together with a small list of made to order dishes. The restaurant is clean and the staff very efficient.
We had a light lunch in the lobby bar one day and the food was delicious. Like a lot of Japanese restaurants, Kasa closes at 2.00pm each day (reopening for dinner), hence the lobby bar for a bite to eat.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. We had no problems with any of the staff we encountered. They were all friendly and were happy to attend to any needs we may have had.
