3) Convenient (Nearby JR Station, eatery and shopping mall)
4) Luggage locker provided in hotel itself
I stayed in this hotel twice this year. The hotel is located next to Shinagawa station and the connection to Haneda airport is regular and fast. For your meals, plenty of restaurants with reasonable prices are around Shinagawa station. We chose a high floor room....More

We were 3 people in a family looking for a convenient and affordable place in Tokyo. This hotel was really the only place that met all of our criteria -- can fit 3 in a room, have airport limousine bus drop off and pick up,...More
Very convenient and reasonable price, good hotel. Just 3,4 minutes from Tokyo Haneda international airport, to spend night between transfer. Small compact clean room. Late night check in with warm welcome from receptionist and explain about shuttle patiently. Would recommend!! Good free WiFi too...
In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with luxury residential buildings and the scene is constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama park and Togoshi park are great places to see beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa
and Ebara are very popular. It's a great place to get in touch with the old Edo atmosphere on a pleasure boat cruising along the canal. The neighboring area around Gotanda station is a study in modern contrasts filled with unique restaurants and a lively nightlife.
