This was a great place. It had a beautiful lobby and rooms. The view from the rooms was amazing. It was decently close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was right next to a subway line and there was a line of Taxi waiting outside ready to take tourists where they wanted to go. Additionally, every hotel we went...

Stayed for 2 nights on a short business trip. Service level was up there like how all Intercontinentals should be. Was expecting the usual Japanese-style tiny bathroom but was pleasantly surprised! Plus my room had a view of the Tokyo tower. Excellent variety served during breakfast. Did not get a chance to explore the surroundings but i noticed a Metro...

I stayed here for a week on a business trip. The hotel was very clean with courteous staff. The breakfast buffet was very impressive. The selection of food was enormous. I also tried the sushi restaurant (very good) and champagne bar (awesome selection of top quality champagnes). I would stay here again.

I like the ANA InterCon Tokyo and have stayed there multiple times for both business and pleasure. It has maintained a very high standard over the years. Good sized rooms and typical high cleanliness standard for Japan. Very professional staff. I personally love the proximity to Ropongi, restaurants, Metro and definitely look forward to future stays. Recommended.

The lady in the concierge desk was rude and was never willing to help. It was just the worst concierge experience we've ever had. The rest of the hotel is amazing, and staff are usually very nice. Their restaurants are really good and they offer a big variety of food.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
