Was there with a tour group for 3 nights. Great location JR across. Great view! The room is tiny... No space for luggage... Have to pack my shopping bags every night into my luggage.... Breakfast spread is good!

I stayed in Shinagawa Prince Hotel's N Tower for a meeting week. The rooms of the N Tower were really tiny! We were two people staying in the room and in order to be able to function in the room, the other one had to jump onto bed so that the other could walk on the floor! So small was... More

I stayed there with my family and then alone so I got to sleep in both main tower and east tower room. First of all, the hotel is really busy, all the time, so it kind of chaotic and hard to ask the receptionist for anything because you need to get in line first. Also, they have baggage room so... We stayed here as part of a tour and the rooms in the annex were clean but a little worn and dated. Breakfast is packed every morning, usually a 10 minute wait. The breakfast room seats about 200 people so it is a massive operation. Plenty of options with a western and japanese buffet on offer, and eggs cooked to... More

As usual my family landed at Haneda airport. It was a pleasant short train ride using the Keikyu line. We had 2 rooms at the N tower. Mr Yu Abe checked us in. He was absolutely very professional & helpful. The rooms were clean & nicely done up. In addition we had complimentary breakfast which though basic was tasty &... More

The hotel is huge.i was in the main tower at the 38th floor. The view of Tokyo is splendid and when the weather is nice, you can see Mont Fuji (I guess it was the Fuji Mont) The breakfast is good even if the restaurant is very big and somewhere impersonal. The location close to Shinagawa station is perfect and... More

While the rooms were average for a Tokyo Business Hotel, the location is quite good, directly across from the Shinagawa Station. Ample places to eat and walk. However the N Tower breakfast was amazingly poor. Terrible scrambled eggs, one fruit or granola (not both), some bagels, a green edamame salad. Nothing like what is available in the other towers. No... More

This is a very large hotel with many rooms there's a lot of guests. Rooms are quite cramps and I added a bed which makes the room even smaller! The good thing is its location. There's a McDonald's and shopping mall. It's just opposite the railway station. Not forgetting there's a bowling alley in the hotel building.

Hotel is located in shinagawa, it is very convenient for haneda airport and it is close to the JR station really, just across a road can be, it easily accessible and the transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.About the room, I think that is a little bit small, but the landscape is also good, triple... Staying in Shinagawa / Gotanda

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinagawa / Gotanda
In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with luxury residential buildings and the scene is constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama park and Togoshi park are great places to see beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa and Ebara are very popular. It's a great place to get in touch with the old Edo atmosphere on a pleasure boat cruising along the canal. The neighboring area around Gotanda station is a study in modern contrasts filled with unique restaurants and a lively nightlife.
