When we come to Tokyo we try to stay at his hotel, its is military friendly and actually set aside for those that are military or DoD. I love that it is centrally located near Shubuya, Reppongi and other shopping areas. The hotel itself has lovely restaurant and nice shopping. They throw a Christmas and New Years eve party there...

Great western style hotel at an affordable price. Military/military sponsored only. Books up months in advance but they offer a waitlist. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and always helpful. There are several shops, including an exchange, post office, casino, and restaurants throughout the building. Sunday brunch was great! Looking forward to staying at the New...

Great hotel with a great price. It is a U.S. Naval hotel so you will need an ID to get in. We also found it super convenient as it is close to the train station it was only a short walk. The restaurant was not over priced and it even had a small store for cloths and American items.

The rooms were your average hotel rooms. They were nice and clean, but honestly I preferred the rooms in the Yokota Navy lodge because they had kitchenettes and a living room the beds were comfortable enough but the views left something to be desired. The restaurants were all pretty good, standard government fare in the Emporium, a little like a...

We stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving and to visit Disneyland. While geographically distanced from Disney, it was a great hotel to get around to the other sites in Tokyo. The rooms were a nice size and cozy. They provided a crib for our son to sleep in as well. We really enjoyed the Thanksgiving Dinner and the Sunday Brunch....

Our entire experience was great from the time we made reservations until we left. The staff worked with us to get rooms when we wanted them,, gave great advice for transportation and sightseeing, held our luggage while we toured Japan, upgraded us when we came back, answered many questions, all with patience and good humor. The rooms were very nice...

The prices at the New Sanno were very reasonable. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect and the hotel has a nice selection of restaurants to choose from. There are also several restaurants very close to the hotel if you want to dine away. The subway is close enough for those wanting to venture out and fairly easy...

The biggest draw for the New Sanno is the price. Very cheap for Tokyo. The rooms themselves definitely have a budget feel though, with metal doors and a bathroom that reminded me of a trailer bathroom. However, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is great and the restaurants within the hotel are very nice as well. It's...
