They serve excellent coffee for free. If you are looking for a hotel room in the center of Tokyo and need to work on your business proposal, articles and books, this would be a great place to do the last minute work. As a hotel, it has so many problems. The reception staff in general are not very nice and...

The rooms are great, the have a good size and structure. But the staff at the reception are horrible. The pretend they don't understand you speaking english. Two of them gave a very wrong information, they didnt assume, and even helped to get the situation better. Their mistake cost me U$750

Bathroom could be cleaner (slight mildew on the grout); however, this didn't hamper our trip. A man and woman seem to be the hotel maids and they are a very nice couple who will take note if you come back to your room not being cleaned. After the first day of this, the older man made a point to always...

Hotel is well located in Akasaka, close to the metro and lots of restaurants and shops. Rooms are huge by Tokyo standards (appear to be converted apartments). Rooms are not new but clean and well furnished. Beds of typical Japanese firmness (more so than N. America) but good size. Our room had a mild smell (musty or old smoke) but...

The location is superb. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby and the underground metro is extremely close. Main sights are in easy reach. The room was very spacious, clean and affordable. The bed was very comfy. Perfect for our needs. Pepper the robot was great!

Fully recommend this hotel with specious rooms , very convenient location and great (free) coffee all day long ! We also got to rent bikes from the hotel and visit the main attractions . Check this hotel out before booking anywhere more centrally as it proved for us to be the best choice !

Although you have to change trains a few times to get here, it is still fairly easy to access from Haneda Airport (45 or so minutes). The room was extremely spacious. We had an extra bed added to the room to make it a triple and still had plenty of space. Compared to size of most other hotels in Japan,...

I think this boutique hotel used to be an apartment that now converted to a boutique hotel. Room is very spacious with minimalist design. Because it used to be an apartment, the bathroom is a little bit old but they have that area to take off your shoes. So its kinda living in a japanese service apartment instead of a...

Location is great, just 2mins walk from Akasaka station, which is just 10-15min away from the main areas. Hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants, combinis and a 24hr supermarket right outside! We also really appreciated the free good coffee every day! The room was spacious for 3 of us, we could open our big luggages with ease, beds and...

I've been researching this hotel for most part of the year prior to our stay. I must say it lived up to all the positive reviews. Don't judge the exterior. And yes the lifts could be bigger but the rooms made up for it. We had a 45sqm room and it accommodated our three luggages, 2 doubles and a single...
