I stay at the Cerulean Tower whenever I visit our Japan office. I find the hotel has excellent service, great views, nice restaurants and excellent work out facilities (great pool and spa). The bar at the top is an excellent place for a night cap, but does get smoky. If you're into cigars, that's great, if not you might want...

We were upgraded, that s always a good start! Very nice and professional staff. The look of the rooms is a bit old fashioned to me however I did appreciate the perfect quietness and comfort of the room. tokyo is exhausting and it very nice to have a place were you can really rest. . My wife and I had the privilege of staying at this hotel during a weekend visit to Tokyo to meet my mother-in-law who was on business at the time from the USA. This was my 2nd visit to Japan but my first time spending time in Tokyo. The hotel is located in the Shibuya district about 5 minutes walk/ 3...

My first time in downtown Tokyo. I took the excellent bus service from Narita and was checked in early with minimum fuss. I had been warned that Tokyo hotel rooms are tiny, not here. Everything in the room was just fine with a great view of the city. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. My only small tick...

We are a family with 3 boys (4/6/11 yrs) We stayed in a triple room with city view for 4 nights from April 12-16 2013. Our room is on the 21st floor; the room is spacious and bathroom is nice. The 3 beds in our room are twin beds. The third one is a real bed not the extra bed...

A very comfortable hotel in the heart of Shibuya. We stayed for 2 nights on our arrival in Tokyo and had a spacious triple room with an amazing view and excellent bathroom. The building is an amazing landmark so we found it very useful if we happened to get lost in the streets around Shibuya.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the JR station and within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bars in Shibuya. We liked the bar on the top floor which had fantastic views of the city and very capable bartenders. The concierge provided great local restaurant recommendations which we appreciated. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean but...

The Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is certainly deserving of its 5-star rating! Located in Shibuya, it is a 1.5 hour (weekday traffic condition) journey from the Narita Airport via the Narita Limousine service. The JR station is a mere 5 min walk from the Hotel and the major shopping areas of Shibuya are nearby. I stayed on level 26 in...

I recently stayed at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel for 6 nights whilst we took a city break. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are attentive and it is in a fantastic location close to Shibuya station and ample restaurants and convenience stores. We booked via Expedia and had a twin non smoking room on the 22nd floor, the...

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighbourhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
