This hotel is fine and pretty good value. The rooms are really small as per usual in Tokyo - a bed takes up 90% of the room and the bathroom is tiny, although there is a separate deep bath. The television was a newly installed LED screen, which they said had been put in all rooms. Breakfast is a banto...

It's always a challenge to find good value in prime locations in Tokyo and I think this hotel is a bit of both! Having stayed at the nearby Granbell recently, we found this hotel was half the price and in a similar, if not better location. It also comes with breakfast (a small box of sandwiches and omellete). The hotel...

The room was very small but contained everything we needed and for the comparatively low price paid, I have no complaints. Certainly not a place to impress your loved ones with but for a first night pad to crash in after a long flight, it's fine. Location is minutes from main Shinjuku drag so you're close to the action. Staff...

My partner and I stayed here for four nights in October. The room is small, but included a queen bed, desk, wardrobe, chair and television as well as a kettle and small fridge. The bathroom was spacious with a Japanese style shower and deep bath. Amenities such as tea and coffee, toothbrushes, pyjamas, bath bombs, towels etc were all provided....

Reasonably clean hotel. Rooms outdated and in need of maintenance. If they don't do some renovation now this place is gonna be a real dump in a few years. Also the hotel is not in the best part of town. If you want peace and quiet you'd better look for a hotel in another part of Tokyo.

Room was simple and small. Everything you need a bed and clean bathroom. 15min from main Shinjuku station. Interesting area. Pretty safe. Bright light. Even though this is known red light district you would never know. Staff were excellent always greet with a smile.

I just visited this hotel on end of March until begin of April. Hotel located in the Red Zone (Bar Girl, Host & Nightclub) and if you walk from Shinjuku Station it took around 20 minutes when you has a luggage it a bit far so I'm suggested you to print hotel map and take taxi it's better and it...

Found this hotel by chance and very happy with it! We dropped our bags at the hotel in the morning and came back later in the evening to check-in, and the hotel staff already put our bags in the room, saved us hauling the heavy bags :) Room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big, complete with bathtub,...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
