We stayed here for 4nights. It's more of a service apartment rather than a hotel bcuz there is no room service provided and housekeeping is not done on a daily basis.

This is a very convenience location, just 1 station from Shinjuku to hotel. 5 mins walk from Yamanote Line station and 3 mins walk from Chūō-Sōbu-Kankōsen Line station. You can have different kinds of food along the street, including Korean food, Ramen, seafood BBQ, etc....More
We stayed at Hundred stay for 4 nights at the end of our trip. We were very fortunate the receptionist allowed us an early checkin (arrived midday) after a 3 hour train ride and was kind enough to upgrade our room to a suite! It...More

Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for
cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.

The higher floors only are renovated and are more expensive, so if you paid the base rate, chances are you are in an unrenovated room. However, I wouldn't worry - we had two of the unrefurbished rooms and they were great - comfy and very clean and spacious. Our request for non-smoking rooms was honoured. We emailed using the hotel booking email as I couldn't find a general enquiry email but it worked fine and I got an answer back very quickly.
