Modern, functional hotel in a fun location. Shinjuku is definitely the place to stay. Very central to shops, restaurants and transport. Staff were very helpful. A good buffet breakfast with Japanese and Western choices.

This is a good location just far enough away from the chaos of Shinjuku. Metro Subway about two blocks. Good restaurants are just around the corner. Rooms are a good size, clean and new for Japan. The reception are very helpful and have good English....More

We used Sagawa Conveniently located at the Tokyo Information Centre in the Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal. Cost us A$60 to leave 2 large suitcases for 5 days for collection at Narita Airport on the day we flew out - too... More

The staff at citadines will definetly be able to help you with this. They have a lot of knowledge and go out of there way to help. Will even show you on a map. Have a great holiday. We loved it. 👍
