Of course my dreams have to come true. This is a very pricey hotel. But the facilities and service justifies everything. Day & Night majestic views of Tokyo were spectacular. It was spotless. Rooms can be quite small but trust me its a big room already in terms of Japanese standards. Breakfast was just the same everyday but I don't...

I chose this hotel due to its proximity and convenience in Shinjuku and it didn't disappoint. The facilites and rooms are renovated and good value for money. I travelled alone and the single rooms are actually quite decent sized with good view. However if you are looking into a very posh and stylish hotel Prince Hotel Shinjuku may not be...

walking distance from the Shinjuku train station....location is 5 star. Bars, restaurants, shops are all super close. Hotel service is excellent. Rooms are Japanese standard which means rooms are quite small---but amenities are all provided and the rooms are quite clean. Bathroom is tiny....I would come back

Stayed here for one night and wish we stayed longer. Right next to shinagawa station which is a main station on the yamonote line. There are I think 3 towers and we stayed in the N tower which was fantastic. Very modern when walking in. Rooms very good size- especially for Japan. Beds seemed to be queen size and extremely...

Rooms are good with all necessary facilities. Value for money actually keeping cost of life in Tokyo in mind. Huge hotel with Courtious staff ready to assist with smile 24/7. Got a bar and restaurant at level B1. Breakfast spread is decent. Lot of eat out options also available within walking distance. Hotel is located at walking distance from Shinjoku...

Stayed here for 9 nights and really loved the location of this hotel. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku station, depending on which exit of the station you need to get to. McDonald's is right across the street and 7-11 is a couple of stores down if you need to pick up water or get money from an...

Stayed here for one night, don't know if that was why they gave me the room that faces the back of other people's hanging laundry, electric cords, train track, cables, air conditioned tubes, trash bins etc... depressing view. The bathroom had such a foul smell that I had to breath through my mouth when taking a shower.

Really love this hotel due to the location very close to eating spots, restaurants and shops in Shinjuku. It is near the Kabukicho area but if you can overlook that, and not wander much there, it is perfect. The check in and checking out service was efficient and fast. We got a Deluxe Double which comes with a really nice...

Stayed here on arrival for our first visit in Japan. Organised by a travel agent in Australia, so unsure of location until arrival. Shinjuku is a great district to be in, with lively neon-lit areas to the east with varied shops, restaurants, bars etc. The nearby subway system made it easy to navigate around Tokyo, with clear, easy to follow...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
