Out of the three hotels we stayed at during recent trip to Japan this hotel was well above them all in terms of service. In fact well above many that I have stayed at in the last few visits to Europe. Great location easy walk from train station, skytree and heaps of shops as well.Everyone from the doorman to front desk go out of there way to help. Our last day saw us have to have a total change of travel plans due to a cancelled flight Yuto was on the front desk and he was so caring helping us with all the different options we could take. We also used the shuttle bus to Disney and it so convenient and well organised. I highly recommended this hotel.

A lovely friendly hotel, in a good area to get around plenty of local cafes and restuarants to eat at and not expensive. Lovely park nearby to walk round and area safe as houses day and night. The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful especially the young ladies on reception, one helped me out with a taxi to another hotel were a trip i had booked started out ( said i would get lost on underground) she gave me a map to get back from Tokyo main station she sorted other things for me would have been lost without her ,with being on my own. A lovely hotel.

Stayed here in early March in a triple room. The hotel is in great location close to the subway and JR stations. About a 5-10 minute walk. The room was a great size for the 3 of us especially for Tokyo. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a great view of the Skytree and the city. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and always helpful. There are many restaurants, cafes and even an English pub in the area. They also have 7eleven across the street for snacks and grocery items. If you want to eat in another location it not far if you have to use the subway. One of the big advantages of the hotel also is they have the Airport Limousine stop at the hotel from the airport. You can buy a ticket at the airport or even book it online if you know the times you will arrive. The area in which the hotel is located is a lot quieter than the hustle and bustle you will find in some places in Tokyo. For location friendliness of staff size of rooms it is hard to beat.

A very well located hotel near the Skytree and Kinschinko subway line. The hotel has a very modern look in the lobby and common area, but the hallways on the upper floors have a dated look and color scheme. The rooms are fine, with some modern bathrooms, and the beds are comfortable. The chairs are dated, but OK for a few nights. The location is a top draw, and its view of the Skytree is unparallelled if you are on that side. Breakfast is a nice draw, and the streets have plenty of small restaurants, a huge shopping mall next block over, and of course a 7-11, Lawsons and Family Mart all within one block. Door person is great, cabs are plentiful, and the daily rate was reasonable. The subway line right next door takes you to any part of touristy Tokyo within 30 minutes.

Here in Japan doing the marathon, then on holiday, 1st of all we arrived suitcase didn't. Told the staff at the check-in desk who were very polite and helpful. Said that once they arrive they will keep them safe for us, which they did. Staff hat we have spoken to are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is what ever you want it to be, from bread to curry. Cerals to eggs. All freshly cooked. Hotel it self is clean, beds get made every day with bottles of water being replaced at the same time. Train and bus station are about 3 to 5 minutes away with good direct links to main Tokyo stations. Just 1 downside as I've only flicked quickly through the TV channels the only English speaking channel is CNN news. Apart from that a very good hotel

Tobu Hotel is quite luxurious. Our room was compact, yet comfortable. Our view of the Sky Tree from the 21st floor was spectacular. Even though we loved the hotel we would probably stay on the other side of the river next time, as we spent a lot of taxi rides commuting to and from the west side of Tokyo. We did love the fact that the airport limousine bus collects you from the front door for approximately $35 AU per head, as it was worth it.

Fantastic service given to us by the reception, especially Ms Pond. She is friendly, thoughtful, capable and attentive. We have always enjoyed this hotel not only for the service but also the location. The sky-tree view was magnificent although we could not book a room this time around to enjoy that. We will definitely return the next time when we visit.

Very Nice hotel! Located a few steps from a shopping mall and the subway station. It is 4 stops from Tokyo Station. You can also get to Shibuya without changing subway lines. Our room had a view of the SKY TREE and it was a delight to see this wonder from our window. We had 4 single beds and they were all very comfortable. The bathroom amenities were very complete (bathing cap, razor, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, bath soap wipe) plus we were provided with slippers and pajamas for each member of my family. The restaurant is a bit expensive and we did not use it. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Highly recommended!
