We had a memorable trip during staying here for eight nights. the staff are really kind and provided us lots of travel information. We were so surpised that the owner is an enthusiast about helping people who guided us to somewhere really nice. In addition, the places are provided with well cleanliness and the location is not so far from...

Excellent stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was very personable. It was like staying with family. Location was good and only short walk to the local shops and train station. Will stay there again.

The stay was great and the room is the biggest we had in Tokyo. The best part is the private bathroom with hot tub on the fourth floor which you can book for an hour to soak away the day's tiredness from walking and travelling so much. Esp awesome when it's winter time! The owners were very helpful with our...

Our family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for five nights and we were very impressed. The futons were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless and the staff for exceptionally kind and helpful. There are many reasons this is one of the best options in Tokyo. The place makes you feel welcome to Tokyo. It's in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the train lines. The place is clean and well organized. The place feels like a home away from home. The best thing about Family Inn Saiko is the staff. They...

We stayed here for a number of nights in October 2015. We had a small room for the two of us. Futons were comfy, we had our own bathroom (lovely and clean). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although small, the room was just fine for our needs. We liked the location and the brief walk to the station was...

I spent 6 nights in this hotel in Nov 2015. The staff is very polite and friendly. Room is spacious and clean, a bit simple but good enough for me. Location is not 100% perfect, takes 5-10 mins walk from the nearest station. It is not a common destination for taxi drivers so it's best to take the railway. I...

“They will likely assign the rooms. But this is a good place to stay after trying other Ryokans out. Very clean (like most Ryokans) but the in-room bathroom adds to comfort and convenience. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but is still close to major subway stations and has a lot of delicious food.”
