We chose the hotel because of our early flight from Narita and proximity to Keisei Express. Nice and safe area in front of the pond and Ueno park. Though even superior king room is not big, bath small sized, it has everything one could need....More

We encountered one person who spoke some English, but probably this person was a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and it was easier to communicate in Japanese than English.

The rooms are really tiny, and 2 adults with 1 tiny kid might be possible but 2 kids, well, that would be a major squeeze. Do write to them for information on this, as I wouldn't know what is available. They might have... More
