I have stayed in many Japanese hotels, and would call this an upper end business hotel. If you've never stayed in a Japanese hotel, you might find the rooms on the small size, but generally hotel rooms in Japan run small, and many are smaller than this. It is a comfortable size room, decent interior and amenities but not posh,...

The location at first felt a little out, but very convenient just opposite to the station. Quiet place close to the water with a great view . Good restaurant and shops around. Efficient services and did not have an occasion to complain. If you are planning to be in the city but would like a not so busy area to...

We are staying here because of the package deal we got to get an extra trip in this year to Japan so was not our first choice but best choice for the hotels offered in the deal. The Hearton Hotel...

This was our first time visiting Tokyo. The travel site we used to plan our trip choose this hotel. It's definitely geared towards business travelers but it's more than adequate for our stay. With a shopping mall, food court and Shinagawa Seaside/Rinkai train stop across the street, it's was super easy to travel around town and find a place to...

My family spent 4 nights on this hotel. Access to Rinkai Line - Shinagawa Seaside station is right accross the street. The check in is fast. The hotel provides smoking floor and non-smoking floor which can accomodate everyone. We choose Non-Smoking room for Semi-Double bed (140cm wide). There are three elevators that helps everyone to access your floor faster. We got...

This is my second Japanese Business hotel and it was fine. I'm big on functionality and conveniences, so luxury for a work trip is not a major concern. If luxury is important to you, then try somewhere else. All in all, the hotel was okay, my complaints were just - only 3 hangers (no drawers) to hang stuff. Also, I...

Stay at this hotel for our last day in tokyo. Room was spacious. Mattress was comfortable . The minus about this hotel was the room was very cold . The heater controller was all written in japanese that made us confuse how to operate it. Small lobby and no seat warmer in the closet. Such a downgrade for this level...
