I recently stayed at the Norwood House Motel. The reception lady was very friendly and I felt very welcomed. I had a cosy warm King room. The bed was comfortable and relaxing. The only issue I had was the ensuite. It was very small and to get the the toilet you have to squeeze side ways past the sink cabinet,...

Was a last minute booking for us for a one night stop over and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Nice clean rooms and very well equipped with everything you would need. Charming lady on reception and her room arrangement for the St Patricks day function was perfect, I'm sure it went well. Book without any qualms.

We (my husband and our two and-a-half month-old daughter) stayed during the Labour Day long weekend because we had a wedding at nearby Josephine's at Briars. Before booking I read reviews about rooms being small so I specifically asked for a larger room to accommodate a portacot. We were given the disabled access room (room 15) which had a very...

Just celebrated my sister's Wedding at Norwood House. The hosts and staff could not have been friendlier or more amenable. Rooms spotless and very comfortable sleep, food was delightful and service at all times was outstanding. Cooked breakfast was also delicious! Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely consider returning. Kids enjoyed a lovely swim in the morning before our...

I stayed for an overnight trip. The bed took up most of the room. The TV didn't work, there was an iron but no ironing board (or room to put one up), so I used the bed. The bathroom was small with very basic amenities - no shower cap etc. The most annoying part was the very thin walls which...

Stayed at Norwood House for 2 nights with 2 other ladies. We asked for 1 room with 3 beds but when we got there the gentleman was happy to show us the rooms and thought we would be more comfortable with two rooms because of the bathroom setup. He split the king size bed in one room and found an...

We, a family of 4 from Singapore, booked the family room and stayed for 3 nights in December 2013. From reservation to check in, everything was done in a breeze. The property is situated along the highway but the rooms are far from main road so no issue with noise level. The compound has lush greenery and beautiful flowers. The...

When we walked into the room all we could smell was mould and like the room hadnt been aired out in weeks. We had to leave the windows and doors open to make our stay in the room bearable. The window seal on top of the bed had not been cleaned and was full of dust including the room it...

The rooms are nothing special but they'll do the job. Ours was a bit small and spare, but everything was clean & worked well, particularly the AC, which was key because it was 36 degrees Celsius that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's not much to chose from in the way of places to eat or drink...

Staff waited for us for hours (got delayed due to traffic) but was still very friendly helping us to check in. When we booked on Agoda, the description was for 4 pax, but turned out to be only for 2. We squeezed for a night, and was given a complimentary room on the 2nd night which made our stay more...
