We had a group of 21 stay at the Bayplay Lodge Blairgowrie. The facilities for the group were perfect with plenty of room for us all to gather. A fantastic location that was central to a lot of the areas we wanted to visit - in particular the mountain bike tracks of Red Hill, Art

I planned a bucks trip here for 23 guys and it was hard to find someone willing to take us for a weekend! This place was perfect, plenty of rooms and places to hangout. Would highly Recommend 10/10

We stayed at Bayplay cottages for a family weekend away. Upon arrival we were happy with the location and ample parking. The facilities were very budget and could definitely use some work. And for the price paid we believe sheets and towels should be included.

we stayed here with our ladies camp for church, hard to find places that are a reasonable price to suit us all, and affordable. We used the pool, which we had to tell in advance so they could warm it up for us.

Thanks for your comments. We are glad your birthday was an enjoyable weekend. The shared pool is used by the dive school on a saturday morning when we suggest groups enjoy the stunning beach at the end of the street (500m). It is stipulated on our website and it is a bit hard to make sure all group members know the scenario, so we are working with this fact to keep all groups up to date and have taken your feedback on board. Normally our children are not in the pool whilst groups are in, but we do also enjoy the company of our guests especially when they too have kids. We do try and avoid the area for adult groups though, so apologies if the kids got in the way during your stay.

hi, you need to address this question directly to Bayplay Lodge.

"The Cottage: The BayPlay cottage is affordable & in a great location. Quiet as it is off the main street yet very close to the seaside towns of Mornington Peninsula. The cottage is practical & although I didn't have a problem with it myself, I should say that the kitchen is small & there is no pantry storage which could be an issue for a large family on an extended stay. There is a great front/back yard & though pet friendly the fence would not contain a small dog as they can easily fit underneath the gate. Pretty good facilities, it was large and comfortable enough."
