A delightful hotel with a very warm welcome, our room was at the rear overlooking the swimming pool and it was very modern for what is a very old building. The only drawback with this refurbished room was that the toilet was tiny. We tried different menus the €22 and the €29 and they were good. A beer (pression) €4.50...

Nice place for two nights, room fine, nice pool loads parking and great centre for exploring the dordogne. But the food was poor, dinner especially for 29 euro! and the cost of the pression (beer) at 7 euro ridiculous. Would have loved to have stayed around the corner in L'auberge du Trefle A Quarte Feuilles after eating there on our...

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and used it as a base for exploring the area, including Sarlat and the other towns nearby. The staff was pleasant and cordial, we were able to get an air conditioned room which is a must for this time of the year. We requested it and they found a way to provide...

Typical smallish French hotel with decent rooms (small) a reasonable restaurant and excellent for exploring the Dordogne. Ample parking, a covered pool and central to the village of Siorac. which is itself very pretty. Nothing wildly exciting but more than adequate, inexpensive and perfectly acceptable for the family. Customers mostly French families on walking/cycling holidays. Definitely worth a visit

The room was clean and tidy, as was the ensuite. Comfortable double bed too. The only problem with the room was that it looked out onto a church which woke us at 7am when the bells start to chime on the hour, then at one minute past the hour, and again at half past the hour until about 10pm! Not...

Stayed here for two nights, on arrival at 6.30 told if we wanted dinner we would have to order immediately. Declined this offer and was then told if we wanted breakfast next morning we had to order that as well. On arriving back at hotel for second night found it all locked up, we had to access our room by...

We have just spent 4 nights at this hotel. We echo the sentiments of others in relation to its location, availability of parking, position for touring the region, amenities etc..It is a very clean and well managed establishment that is severely let down by its dining facilities. It starts with the 'stewed' coffee and stale cake at breakfast and finishes with evening dishes...

Hotel is well appointed in quiet area with good parking. Bedrooms are adequate with small en-suite areas, no drawers for longer stay guests. All public rooms are well appointed clean and maintained with pool opening late and restaurant and bar closing early. Breakfast was the same over the weeks stay and evening meals very average with expensive drinks compared to the...
