Best restaurant! One of the best place in Italy to eat fresh fish and seafood. Excellent service, very friendly. International breakfast with a beautiful view from the city and sea. Downtown location. No problems with the WiFi connection and good shower! :)

We spent 3 nights here in September. This hotel does exactly what the other (all Italian) reviews say i.e. delivers a huge welcome and more food than anyone could possibly eat! The range of antipasti is incredible. Waitress Dora is a gem who just curls up with laughter at the thought of a smaller portion. It is all seafood based, so confirmed meat eaters should perhaps look elsewhere. The bedrooms are fine and very clean but think two star. Porto Cesareo is a fascinating small holiday town with a traffic problem that you just have to laugh at. I don't think we encountered another English traveller. The value for money is incredible.

I was in this hotel for a business trip and I must say that I had a great time. There is an air of friendliness and passion for one's work. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Carmine, an exquisite and always available person. The hotel is also the subject of a major renovation and I had the pleasure of using one of the rooms, located in an annex, which was very large (about 40m^2), very comfortable and with all the comforts. Furthermore, the room overlooked the The little square was very close to the sea (about 200m).
I must say that I had a great time, I felt at home and very pampered. Not least the professionalism of the staff who were always friendly and smiling. I will return without a shadow of a doubt

We stayed for the first time at the Hotel Piazza Risorgimento in Porto Cesareo, with Carmine and Anna, two wonderful and unique people...
Carmine was extremely helpful, from the first glance, to the last melancholy goodbye.
It is difficult, if not almost impossible, to find genuine and authentic availability that makes you feel pampered throughout your stay.
We arrived the day after booking, to an unexpected surprise and they had no problem changing our quote.
The Hotel is very nice, clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, it is located in a central position and very close to the sea.
Varied and abundant breakfast.
Dinner with fresh fish and excellent dishes, prepared with care.
Good aperitif at Anna's Bar.
Water available to customers every day.
Very good price.
Reserved parking, not too far away.
The holiday in Puglia was magnificent, but the added value, we will not tire of repeating it to everyone, was the wonderful climate that we experienced in this Hotel, especially for the good that was given to us by Carmine.
We can't wait to return and recommend it without hesitation...

The hotel is located in the center of the town, a stone's throw from the pedestrian street, a few minutes walk from the beach (see photo) and from the hotel's reserved car park (a fortune, especially in the summer months).

The room was fragrant, spacious, spotlessly clean and modern (see for example the photo of the bathroom).

Furthermore, I suggest eating in the hotel restaurant: the best in Porto Cesareo. Quality ingredients and interesting dishes (see photo): let the owner Carmine (who together with the rest of the staff is one of the hotel's strong points) advise you!

We stayed for a short time in this hotel in Porto Cesareo as ours was an itinerant trip and not a seaside stay; however, the time was enough to get to know and appreciate a truly rare and special person, Mr. Carmine. His affability and availability had already positively impressed us when booking, but then meeting him in person was truly a privilege!
The hotel is undergoing renovation, the bed and bathroom are absolutely up to par with an excellent 3 star, some improvements are still possible (room furniture, minibar). The restaurant provides excellent service on seafood dishes, but is available for any other requests.
However, the home.
Carmine, I know that your personal commitment "costs" and that few hoteliers experience hospitality and their profession with your empathy, but I assure you that the guest leaves with a true feeling of gratitude towards you and the I hope I can meet you again sooner or later.

The Hotel has been recently renovated and is located a stone's throw from the center and the sea; it has a private car park not far from the structure which allows you to store your car (which is not a given).
Furthermore, it offers guests the possibility of taking bicycles to move around or to reach less nearby beaches.
Our room was very large, equipped with every comfort and with a priceless view with a balcony overlooking the sea. The room was clean with towels changed every day.
Very satisfied with having taken advantage of the half board as the structure has its own restaurant, giving guests the possibility to choose between the various a la carte proposals of the day (mainly catch of the day, exceptional) and time flexibility for dinner.
We once again congratulate Mr. Carmine and all the staff for the kindness and concern shown, with the hope that it will always continue like this!
