Utterly fantastic hotel. Really friendly family owned hotel with great staff including Giuseppe on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Great room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, lovely pool, handy for everywhere and free bikes to use. I’ve stayed in a few hotels round the world and in terms of location, facilities, value and staff this is right up there. Loved it.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Super cleaned, the staff is amazing especially in reception. Everyone always ready to help with anything. Big thank you to Giuseppe. Me and a group of friends spent a week in July and loved every thing about the hotel. Position, Service, food, rooms, staff.

We will be back.

We had a lovely time here on our road trip around Puglia . Lovely resort , much cleaner and prettier than Gallipoli .

Vincenzo and his staff are wonderful and so helpful , great beach and restaurant recommendations. Bikes are plentiful and handy for getting to the beach .

Rooms in hotel , bright, spacious and comfortable.

Will be sorry to leave here to go to our next stop .

Disappointed by extremely rude front desk staff. On check in we were issued a written instructions for internet wifi access. After trying to follow the instructions unsuccessfully, I went down to the front desk foe help. Before I could finish my question, the front desk staff shoved the same written instructions to me. I tried to explain I'd already read it but he cut me off mid-sentence and said "Just read it". I insisted I'd read it and he insisted it was correct and that I should re-read it. He then looked past me and said "excuse me". This was at 11:30pm when there was no other guest in the lobby who required his attention. I had to raise my voice slightly and said "Look, I've already read this and tried but could not log in". He then says, "Ok, show me your phone and I'll PROVE to you that the instructions are correct "!!! He then proceeds to go through the steps and lo and behold, steps 3 and 4 of their written instructions is wrongly swapped. But that is besides the point. Even if their written instructions were spot on, I would have expected the front desk of any decent hotel to be willing and helpful to help their guests, not attempt to dismiss them or "prove" they are wrong. Horrible and rude front desk staff. Very disappointing.

Dear customer, I realize that today there are people not are able to do their job in an honest way, and the only method they use to beat the competition is just letting false opinions on other structures. In my case, I can prove that what they have wrote is completely false, our reception staff is never rude, because they do their job with passion and kindness, also in reference to our wifi internet connection is simple and free, accessed without password or login, so do not need any instructions for the connection, it is automatically connects to any wifi system, to guarantee a continuous connection during the stay to our clients, so please do not write anymore opinions false and learn how to work honestly Best regards Giuseppe Caragiuli Vespucci Hotel

Really lovely spotless and modern hotel well situated for the town (10 mins walk) and beaches not far away. Staff are very friendly speak good English ( in Puglia we found few English tourists) and extremely helpful -will book beach club loungers for you ( Togo Bay and Punta Proscuitto would recommend ) good location slightly away from busy town centre. Fridges in rooms with water provided. Small children's play area and table tennis. 4 course dinners are gorgeous - you could make a meal of the antipasti alone. Shame there's no pool otherwise would be perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to return . Near Gallipoli and Lecce which are both worth visiting.

This hotel is excellent from when we arrived the staff have been very pleasant accommodated every need and served us very well indeed
From the cleaners to the management everything about this beautiful hotel is amazing They also have apartments which look very nice and a recent edition farmhouse literally 2km away which is a perfect retreat for a peaceful relaxing holiday.. The food is excellent all freshly prepared and nothing is too much trouble for the staff at the hotels. A great credit to the area ...thanks to all staff Giuseppe Antonio Lorena Francesca.
Also they have an amazing restaurant in Porto Cesareo called the meeting.. Once again excellent food and drinks and deserts.. these places are well worth a visit

It was our first time in Apulia and we decided to stay in Vespucci Hotel, than we couldn’t even imagine how great it is. Talking about wonderful people who’s working there, they do their job with all the passion, love and respect, they sincerely care about every and each guest and ready to solve any problem 24/7 (trust me I had really ridiculous stuff to solve xD, also we always got great recommendations about places to visit, most beautiful beaches and best restaurants. Rooms and whole hotel in general are so clean and neat, so you worry to bring some dirt outside with your shoes :D talking about WiFi thing...it’s just simply easy and comfy to connect (can’t really imagine some kind of guest could have problems with connecting to WiFi...ridiculous). Breakfast was also very good. The only one minus I discovered is how less days we spent over there. Looking forward to return. Thank you so much for everything!
Best regards,
your terrible customer:)
