I have been going to jasmin sometimes 3 times a year for 8 years and have always loved it. However I went in July and I was very unhappy because the lift was broken on arrival and they had put us in a room upstairs and after being humiliated being carried upstairs the room was not really ready for guest...

Have stayed here a couple of time's found it amazing .Rooms clean and tidy with all you needed. Food good with lots of choice, staff friendly and helpfull. There was plenty of things to do .It's a lovely walk a long beach to the shop's and bar's.

Stayed for 2 weeks in July/August from England. Hotel is amazing with lovely friendly staff, the rooms are clean and spacious and I feel so at home. the staff were unhelpful and rude.The food althought plentyful but was poor and never hot, warm at best. Entertainment .....what entertainment !!!! All in all it's not that bad once you make peace you are not At a 5 star resort. Reception quite rude, not helpful at all and non english speaking and absolutely not knowledgeable (couldnt tell us how much a taxi to Alanya is). Restaurant staff actually nice (had bb only thankfully) but food real disappointment as one can eat...
