Checkin was quick and a cot bed was brought up to our room within minutes of requesting.
The resort is huge spans Both sides of a busy main road with a cool walkway tunnel underneath,( towel desk is also located here) .
For kids it’s brilliant water parks and pools galore, one of our boys is 4 and had a great time at 4 different Waterpark areas. ( I would recommend the 2 water parks on the beach side as much quieter than the two water parks on the hotel side)
Food for us adults was mediocre, you come on holiday and expect to enjoy local Turkish food and it was such a let down. It’s basically catered for Russian, polish and German and mass produced with no flavour or quality. The buffet restaurant is a free for all, long queues, people pushing in, struggle to find a table after 7pm, self service drinks (you had to be lucky to get table service or tip heavily). Meat choices were poor, chicken, veal or Turkey every night, no beef or lamb in sight.
lunch was served at the many snack bars, pizza, chips, fried chicken, burgers, pasta, salads. (Fried chicken was just as good as KFC).
If you have a pram like we did for our toddler expect to get frustrated at how rude guests are and waste a good 5 minutes waiting for a lift that hasn’t got to many people in. ( lifts that go down in between the kids buffet and adults buffet are much quieter, we’re glad we found them eventually).
Room has a mini bar, on arrival it had water, apple juice, Pepsi, Turkish brand Fanta, still and sparking water. However don’t expect this to be refilled, they leave still and sparking water outside your room each day ( Fanta, Pepsi and juice we found only materialised once even after tipping) **we got carton juices from the kids buffet for our 4 year old to drink in the room**
Shops off sight at the bottom of the walk way near security are much cheaper than the shops on sight on level -1.
We ate out at a local restaurant (Garden restaurant) with free pickup and drop
Off, food was brilliant much more the Turkish vibe we were looking for.
Overall the kids loved it and that’s all that matters. Would we return NO.
COLD FOOD every day raw chicken you have to pay for everything slushpuppy 6€ they don't come to bring drinks themselves service BAD. You book a room and just get stuffed very badly else everything is paid for in the hotel the little wild round in electric car 3min 6€ everywhere it is super smooth multiple people just see fall because they don't even dry the tiles when someone poops in the bath the bath closes before 8am I don't normally write revies but this hotel really deserves one
Next I will describe the shortcomings in my opinion (based on the personal experience of the traveler)
- Kids Klub - there are a lot of questions here. Open from 10 to 13, and from 13 to 14 if you did not pick up the child - $15, from 14 to 17 free again and after 17:00 every hour also 15 $)
The animators were there for show, a 6-year-old child came dissatisfied because they didn’t do anything with them, there was a choice of watching a cartoon in a super small room or running and jumping on trampolines.
-the hotel area is as crowded as possible, you won’t have a normal opportunity to go for a walk, every space is occupied by sun loungers or something else, everything looks more like an anthill
-service was a three-star, but they cleaned it every other day (although a sign asking for it was left regularly), the minibar was not replenished, with the exception of drinking water (juices/mineral water, etc. were not added)
- cosmetics are also something interesting - there is no shampoo, but there is hair conditioner, but they weren’t replenished either (in 14 days they added maybe 1-2 times)
There are no bathrobes and slippers not in all room categories.
And now for the actual number. We booked a room for three with a sea view 🌊 as a result, we were settled in a room without a view/balcony or even a normal window, with a dirty bathroom, when we went to the reception the answer was standard: there is no room, the cleaning lady will come and clean it (that day she didn’t removed)
We spent the next half day trying to change the number. As a result, yes, we were moved to a sea view, a room with a balcony and it was cleaned, but the question is why it wasn’t possible in the first place? And at the beginning they told us that there was no possibility of relocation for the next three days, and then suddenly they showed us 6 rooms to choose from, surreal.
- A la carte restaurants, I’ve never seen anything like this in an oriental restaurant, you can’t order sushi - they bring you prepared sets (this is what they serve periodically in the main restaurant), Teriyaki chicken/Peking duck - they weren’t edible, I was bad the whole next day.
The fish restaurant is a little better, but the choice of dishes is scanty, so you can’t count on delicious seafood.
As for alcohol, there is also a minus here, the choice of normal alcohol is minimal, cocktails are a matter of chance when they are made.
Also be prepared that the hotel is on the road; you need to go through an underground passage to the sea.
In short, I wouldn’t come a second time. The price does not correspond to the quality at all.

1. Noisy, very, constant human noise, crowds of people, fighting for sunbeds. You won’t get an elevator at all during rush hours; it’s easier to walk. There is no privacy or silence, the only thing that saved us was dinner in the villas.
2. Service is 3, cleaning is 3, they didn’t even wash our bathtub after the previous guests, they told us 2 times, they freaked out and my wife washed it herself. A couple of times the floor was not washed at all, but they took tips.
3. The rooms are shaky, we contacted the reception for 4 days to have the fan repaired, it was humming so much that the noise from the street seemed like a whisper. The towel fell off, they argued for a long time, until at 12 at night a technician came and screwed it back on. Thanks for that too.
4. The food is monotonous, but you won’t go hungry. Fruits are seasonal.
5. Alcohol. Wine is fresh water and mash, you can drink beer. The cocktails are made to hell.
6. The animation is intrusive, the sellers are fed up with it. You can’t watch the evening shows without tears, and the same guy with the same repertoire sang harmony every evening.
7. We had windows facing the road, noisy windows, you could hear everything at night.
8. The volleyball field in the villas requires attention, there is not sand, but stones, you can injure your legs.
Pros:
1. The territory is not too green, but not a bare field, but large.
2. Lots of water parks and swimming pools, especially infinity pools - fire.
3. Sea and pier.
Summary: we were with friends, so we had fun, but if you want silence, you won’t find it in this hotel. And the hotel has another plus - the price. In reality, you won’t find anything for that kind of money, but is it worth it? Having been there, I can say that for me, no.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a pleasant concierge who gave us an upgraded room, for which we were very grateful. However, the room itself did not look very fresh: dirty floors, dusty walls and no large warm blankets. We were on the first floor, and it seems that the door to the balcony was poorly soundproofed, since we could hear everything that was happening on the street.
The next day we contacted reception 4 times, asking for warm blankets. However, after asking several times, we were told that the hotel does not have warm blankets, only sheets. We ended up spending another night using sheets instead of blankets, which was quite unpleasant due to the cold. After complaining the next day which was passed on to the manager, we were finally provided with warm blankets. Special thanks to Peri for her help.
As for the food, there was little variety and there were often long queues at the restaurant. Because of this, we chose to have lunch at a small restaurant next to the pitchforks. The atmosphere was much nicer than the main restaurant. It is possible to visit a fish restaurant for an additional fee (6 EUR), which is located near the sea.
I can't understand how the waiters chose who to serve. For 7 days, not a single waiter approached us to find out what drinks we wanted to order. Perhaps an extra tip was required for good service.
As for the bar, we were often ignored when asked to add less alcohol to cocktails, and the cocktails ended up being undrinkable.
The bartender Niko near the sea prepared me a delicious cocktail and even brought me a separate glass and wine, not the same one that was poured for everyone, and invited me to chat in private. When I refused, he no longer paid attention to me, even when he was working alone at the bar, and ignored me. I don’t think that a 5* hotel can afford such a service and how legal it is for employees to flirt with hotel visitors.
Another disadvantage of the hotel is that smoking is allowed almost everywhere, although it is a family hotel.
The hotel is located far from the airport, and the journey to it takes about 1.5 hours by taxi. It was especially difficult when we arrived at 2 am and had a long journey ahead of us.
There were no normal mats in the gym, but this was not critical for us. We would not have visited the hall if it had not been raining.
Among the positive aspects, it is worth noting the beautiful sea and the fact that it is constantly monitored, as well as the improvement in cleaning the room after our arrival. The discos were great, the entertainment staff were friendly and did their jobs well. Plenty of entertainment was provided for children.
It might be better if the hotel increased the cost of the stay but prohibited tipping of staff as it felt like the service was heavily dependent on it. In the same rixos you don’t have to pay for tea to get the best rejuvenation

The pools were amazing with different themes and slides. The sea was beautiful with lots of sunbeds and ombrellas. But locationwise there was hardly anything outside of the hotel except a little bazar. Regards to the lovely old man in the Pharmacy opposite from the hotel. He was so very helpful and patient!!!
The food was very nice for the children because there were plenty fastfood options available but for Adults the food was boring and repetitive over and over again. Especially meatoptions were very strongly missed. The snackbars were great!
Also we went out for dinner quit late by 8-9 o clock so the first run on the buffet was done by than but they were struggling to clean up the tables and prepare them for the next guests. What this meant for us every day we had to get the clean cutlery from the used tables to start eating. Not ideal. Also the drink-service trough lunch and dinner was very poor. Without a tip in front you wouldn’t even see on of the waiters! Same on the bars. To be served you need to tip them.
The part were we stayed was away from the mainbuilding which meant it was very boring after dinner. They only had 1 live act on, a singer with the same playlist everynight what bored even the barstaff! And with 4 children to walk over to the mainbuilding was a bit of a fuss so we left it.
All in all you getting a great experience for what you pay!!!
