An excellent hotel for a family holiday, at the very beginning there was an unpleasant situation, which the hotel representatives very quickly resolved, we did not even expect such a quick reaction, this says a lot, it means the owners do not care about their admirers. The food is very tasty and it feels like it is here all the time)) At any moment, if you are hungry, you will find food nearby. The sea is magical, there is sand everywhere, the entrance to the sea is perfect, and the water is clear. We even swam at the end of April, we were very lucky with the weather. There are a lot of warm pools, both for children and adults. There is a seawater pool, also heated at the end of April. I recommend the gazebos on the sea to everyone, incredibly comfortable sun loungers, there are both in the shade and in the sun, you fall asleep on such mattresses instantly) Especially gazebo number 7 with a beautiful view of the sea. The children's room is also wonderful, if children are there, they are entertained to the fullest, fed ice cream, taken to feed peacocks, and given pony rides. The children's Luna Park is a huge plus, everything is free and children do not leave there, they ride non-stop. We went ziplining with the kids and really enjoyed it, but I think it’s better to do it during the day to have a better view. The animation is good, for children - dancing with children on stage, for adults - various dance and acrobatic shows. The rooms are very nice and large, after renovation, we lived in Harmony. The hotel is huge! But if you study it and remember the moves, then you can get to any location quickly enough. The slides are steep, especially the pendulum and toilet. There are always goodies, the queues are not cosmic, everyone is launched very quickly, even the most popular rides take no more than 5 minutes to stand. Alcohol is the same as everywhere else in Turkey, but whiskey is served in Balantays in almost all bars. A beautiful restaurant in the villa area, if you are lucky and have special bracelets, then visit this restaurant, there is a beautiful panoramic view. There is an outlet store next to the hotel. The choice is large, we bought everything for the whole family, spent 300 dollars, the price tag is adequate and there are various promotions. It takes 5-7 minutes to get there. There is a dolphinarium next to the hotel. We didn’t go there, but maybe someone will be interested. A sun lounger could always be found. Towels are provided once a day; you can take them on the way to the beach in the underground passage, or to the spa. We really liked the SPA in Harmony, despite the fact that renovation work is still underway. We went specifically for a massage and received a very high quality one. A girl from Kazakhstan did it, and another from Turkey. My husband took the course for the entire vacation and liked it so much. Children are hardly seen or heard here, they really like it. In general, there are advantages to the sea, so I recommend everyone to visit here and have a wonderful vacation!

We travelled from Manchester with jet2, flight was great 3 hours and 50 minutes, transfer was around 2 hours to the resort arriving around 1am we did have a 10minute stop off on the way (Turkish supermarket) and also stopped at 2 other hotels.

Checkin was quick and a cot bed was brought up to our room within minutes of requesting.

The resort is huge spans Both sides of a busy main road with a cool walkway tunnel underneath,( towel desk is also located here) .

For kids it’s brilliant water parks and pools galore, one of our boys is 4 and had a great time at 4 different Waterpark areas. ( I would recommend the 2 water parks on the beach side as much quieter than the two water parks on the hotel side)

Food for us adults was mediocre, you come on holiday and expect to enjoy local Turkish food and it was such a let down. It’s basically catered for Russian, polish and German and mass produced with no flavour or quality. The buffet restaurant is a free for all, long queues, people pushing in, struggle to find a table after 7pm, self service drinks (you had to be lucky to get table service or tip heavily). Meat choices were poor, chicken, veal or Turkey every night, no beef or lamb in sight.

lunch was served at the many snack bars, pizza, chips, fried chicken, burgers, pasta, salads. (Fried chicken was just as good as KFC).

If you have a pram like we did for our toddler expect to get frustrated at how rude guests are and waste a good 5 minutes waiting for a lift that hasn’t got to many people in. ( lifts that go down in between the kids buffet and adults buffet are much quieter, we’re glad we found them eventually).

Room has a mini bar, on arrival it had water, apple juice, Pepsi, Turkish brand Fanta, still and sparking water. However don’t expect this to be refilled, they leave still and sparking water outside your room each day ( Fanta, Pepsi and juice we found only materialised once even after tipping) **we got carton juices from the kids buffet for our 4 year old to drink in the room**

Shops off sight at the bottom of the walk way near security are much cheaper than the shops on sight on level -1.

We ate out at a local restaurant (Garden restaurant) with free pickup and drop
Off, food was brilliant much more the Turkish vibe we were looking for.

Overall the kids loved it and that’s all that matters. Would we return NO.

We (family of 2 adults and 3 kids) stayed at this hotel from 19th till 26th of October. Upon arrival the reception was not welcoming, no explanations, just gave us bracelets and told to return at 2 o’clock. Looked like it is understaffed for the amount of visitors, poorly English speaking. We had family duplex land view room. It didn’t look like 5 star hotel room. Bath was damaged, tiles were dirty, as well as the floors and walls. We had 3 bottles of hair conditioner and pile of shower caps, the shower gel/shampoo was stored in public toilet kind of dispenser. Housekeeping was done every day – simple ornaments from towels and artificial flowers and decorations around the tip box. Floor was cleaned so bad, that the salt water marks were seen from previous guests and feet were dirty after walking the floor. I asked for baby potty , but they didn’t have one. Family hotel it is… Dirty glass storage points at hallway were full most of the time and rarely cleaned. Lobby elevators worked badly, when we tried to call them, they just stand in different floors and didn’t move. We were surprised to find dirty dishes at the restaurant and consequently stomach problems came as no surprise for 6 out of 9 of our company. The tables were cleaned slowly after previous guest leaving, especially at pool bars and it was faster to collect the dirty dishes ourselves. On the second day of our stay we noticed poop at the pool side so henceforth we chose beach which was fine. Drinks smelled like toilet cleaner both alcoholic and non-alcoholic , was impossible to drink them. The minibar at the room was refilled randomly by leaving bottle of water at the door, some days one, some days two, other days none. Entertainment program for kids in the evening was boring, every day the same including awarding Russian and English speaking kids who took part in mini club during day. The same goes for adults show – mostly dance shows with poorly dressed women. The territory of resort is stuffed with different things with no free land, and was hard to maneuver with baby stroller. Luna park was nice thing for kids to spend time in the evenings, also pony ride that was available some hours during day, but was like 30 sec long depending on the mood of the keeper. Overall many things to do, but good places crovded , cold pools empty. Stuff was rather unfriendly except for the al a carte fish restaurant that had polite guys and great food. on the day of leaving late check out was not possible because of overbooked hotel. We stayed 30 min to do the check out and when we had to pay for restaurant, the contactless payment was not possible and they had no change for the cash. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and regret spending money for this holyday.

We have been to Turkey more than 10 times and this is really the worst hotel so far don't fall in the beautiful pictures

COLD FOOD every day raw chicken you have to pay for everything slushpuppy 6€ they don't come to bring drinks themselves service BAD. You book a room and just get stuffed very badly else everything is paid for in the hotel the little wild round in electric car 3min 6€ everywhere it is super smooth multiple people just see fall because they don't even dry the tiles when someone poops in the bath the bath closes before 8am I don't normally write revies but this hotel really deserves one

We had a family holiday in this hotel for two weeks, this was not our first time in Turkey and the impressions were mixed. Let's start with the good: many slides for adults and children of all ages, a good entrance to the beach, spacious piers from which you can jump, Luna Parkns beach 👍
Next I will describe the shortcomings in my opinion (based on the personal experience of the traveler)
- Kids Klub - there are a lot of questions here. Open from 10 to 13, and from 13 to 14 if you did not pick up the child - $15, from 14 to 17 free again and after 17:00 every hour also 15 $)
The animators were there for show, a 6-year-old child came dissatisfied because they didn’t do anything with them, there was a choice of watching a cartoon in a super small room or running and jumping on trampolines.
-the hotel area is as crowded as possible, you won’t have a normal opportunity to go for a walk, every space is occupied by sun loungers or something else, everything looks more like an anthill
-service was a three-star, but they cleaned it every other day (although a sign asking for it was left regularly), the minibar was not replenished, with the exception of drinking water (juices/mineral water, etc. were not added)
- cosmetics are also something interesting - there is no shampoo, but there is hair conditioner, but they weren’t replenished either (in 14 days they added maybe 1-2 times)
There are no bathrobes and slippers not in all room categories.
And now for the actual number. We booked a room for three with a sea view 🌊 as a result, we were settled in a room without a view/balcony or even a normal window, with a dirty bathroom, when we went to the reception the answer was standard: there is no room, the cleaning lady will come and clean it (that day she didn’t removed)
We spent the next half day trying to change the number. As a result, yes, we were moved to a sea view, a room with a balcony and it was cleaned, but the question is why it wasn’t possible in the first place? And at the beginning they told us that there was no possibility of relocation for the next three days, and then suddenly they showed us 6 rooms to choose from, surreal.

- A la carte restaurants, I’ve never seen anything like this in an oriental restaurant, you can’t order sushi - they bring you prepared sets (this is what they serve periodically in the main restaurant), Teriyaki chicken/Peking duck - they weren’t edible, I was bad the whole next day.

The fish restaurant is a little better, but the choice of dishes is scanty, so you can’t count on delicious seafood.

As for alcohol, there is also a minus here, the choice of normal alcohol is minimal, cocktails are a matter of chance when they are made.
Also be prepared that the hotel is on the road; you need to go through an underground passage to the sea.

In short, I wouldn’t come a second time. The price does not correspond to the quality at all.

This is a hotel city that has everything. But like any city, it has its drawbacks.
1. Noisy, very, constant human noise, crowds of people, fighting for sunbeds. You won’t get an elevator at all during rush hours; it’s easier to walk. There is no privacy or silence, the only thing that saved us was dinner in the villas.
2. Service is 3, cleaning is 3, they didn’t even wash our bathtub after the previous guests, they told us 2 times, they freaked out and my wife washed it herself. A couple of times the floor was not washed at all, but they took tips.
3. The rooms are shaky, we contacted the reception for 4 days to have the fan repaired, it was humming so much that the noise from the street seemed like a whisper. The towel fell off, they argued for a long time, until at 12 at night a technician came and screwed it back on. Thanks for that too.
4. The food is monotonous, but you won’t go hungry. Fruits are seasonal.
5. Alcohol. Wine is fresh water and mash, you can drink beer. The cocktails are made to hell.
6. The animation is intrusive, the sellers are fed up with it. You can’t watch the evening shows without tears, and the same guy with the same repertoire sang harmony every evening.
7. We had windows facing the road, noisy windows, you could hear everything at night.
8. The volleyball field in the villas requires attention, there is not sand, but stones, you can injure your legs.
Pros:
1. The territory is not too green, but not a bare field, but large.
2. Lots of water parks and swimming pools, especially infinity pools - fire.
3. Sea and pier.
Summary: we were with friends, so we had fun, but if you want silence, you won’t find it in this hotel. And the hotel has another plus - the price. In reality, you won’t find anything for that kind of money, but is it worth it? Having been there, I can say that for me, no.

Just returned from this hotel and have had a fantastic week but feel compelled to highlight some points that need addressing. It is a massive resort so expect a lot of walking. Despite initially booking the resort hotel we were taken on arrival to the Harmony next door which is still part of the hotel but much further to walk. When I addressed this issue as I had my elderly mother with me they changed our rooms to the resort hotel which we had originally booked. The room was spacious as it was a corner room and had a single bed, a king size and a sofa bed, comfortable and clean with tv, tea/coffee making, free safe and a mini bar with soft drinks and water, it is only refilled daily with water after the first day. The pools are amazing, there are so many to choose from, they have covered all bases with big slides and smaller slides for children. As it’s august it was so busy and despite being big was always hard to get a sunbed. There’s loads of bars and the drinks were great, the cocktails were delicious. The funfair was good fun but aimed at smaller children as mine are 8 and 11, there wasn’t that much aimed at them. Dodgems, pirate ship and ferris wheel. They enjoyed them though. It’s open 3 times per day for 1 hour each so it’s really busy in the evenings with queues. There are lots of other payable activities which my kids loved, the zip line is 27 euros with a video and the high ropes were 20 euros each. There’s also a wave rider but we didn’t do this. There’s lots of stalls selling slushies, popcorn, candy floss etc. we did end up spending a lot of extra money and this probably needs to be factored in when booking as it’s hard to say no when you’re on holiday. The biggest let down for us was the dining room. It’s waiter service for drinks and trying to get any service was so hard, I’d often have to go and find someone and even then we’d get 1 glass of wine at the end of our meal. The restaurant is too busy and it was always hard to get a table. Maybe need to think about booking time slots? As it was a real downfall for us as we enjoy our evening meals. Breakfast was the same. We are not fussy eaters so always found something to eat but it was very repetitive and always cold. There seems to be a bit of ‘tip’ culture where it’s almost expected. The housekeeping even put a tip box in your room! We have had such a lovely week here and would recommend it but for the let down of the dining room/food etc.

The hotel, in my opinion, does not live up to its 5-star reputation, and the service also leaves much to be desired.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by a pleasant concierge who gave us an upgraded room, for which we were very grateful. However, the room itself did not look very fresh: dirty floors, dusty walls and no large warm blankets. We were on the first floor, and it seems that the door to the balcony was poorly soundproofed, since we could hear everything that was happening on the street.
The next day we contacted reception 4 times, asking for warm blankets. However, after asking several times, we were told that the hotel does not have warm blankets, only sheets. We ended up spending another night using sheets instead of blankets, which was quite unpleasant due to the cold. After complaining the next day which was passed on to the manager, we were finally provided with warm blankets. Special thanks to Peri for her help.
As for the food, there was little variety and there were often long queues at the restaurant. Because of this, we chose to have lunch at a small restaurant next to the pitchforks. The atmosphere was much nicer than the main restaurant. It is possible to visit a fish restaurant for an additional fee (6 EUR), which is located near the sea.
I can't understand how the waiters chose who to serve. For 7 days, not a single waiter approached us to find out what drinks we wanted to order. Perhaps an extra tip was required for good service.
As for the bar, we were often ignored when asked to add less alcohol to cocktails, and the cocktails ended up being undrinkable.
The bartender Niko near the sea prepared me a delicious cocktail and even brought me a separate glass and wine, not the same one that was poured for everyone, and invited me to chat in private. When I refused, he no longer paid attention to me, even when he was working alone at the bar, and ignored me. I don’t think that a 5* hotel can afford such a service and how legal it is for employees to flirt with hotel visitors.
Another disadvantage of the hotel is that smoking is allowed almost everywhere, although it is a family hotel.
The hotel is located far from the airport, and the journey to it takes about 1.5 hours by taxi. It was especially difficult when we arrived at 2 am and had a long journey ahead of us.
There were no normal mats in the gym, but this was not critical for us. We would not have visited the hall if it had not been raining.
Among the positive aspects, it is worth noting the beautiful sea and the fact that it is constantly monitored, as well as the improvement in cleaning the room after our arrival. The discos were great, the entertainment staff were friendly and did their jobs well. Plenty of entertainment was provided for children.
It might be better if the hotel increased the cost of the stay but prohibited tipping of staff as it felt like the service was heavily dependent on it. In the same rixos you don’t have to pay for tea to get the best rejuvenation

First of all we had a great time there as a family of 6 plus 2 grandparents. We were given a familysuite with 2 separate sleepingrooms, a bathroom and dressingroom. Our Terrasse was with seaview and had a hottop on which was used every day by our children. I was very happy that there was a children toiletset and little chair available so the bathroom could be used fine from all of use. That’s in my opinion rare to find!
The pools were amazing with different themes and slides. The sea was beautiful with lots of sunbeds and ombrellas. But locationwise there was hardly anything outside of the hotel except a little bazar. Regards to the lovely old man in the Pharmacy opposite from the hotel. He was so very helpful and patient!!!
The food was very nice for the children because there were plenty fastfood options available but for Adults the food was boring and repetitive over and over again. Especially meatoptions were very strongly missed. The snackbars were great!
Also we went out for dinner quit late by 8-9 o clock so the first run on the buffet was done by than but they were struggling to clean up the tables and prepare them for the next guests. What this meant for us every day we had to get the clean cutlery from the used tables to start eating. Not ideal. Also the drink-service trough lunch and dinner was very poor. Without a tip in front you wouldn’t even see on of the waiters! Same on the bars. To be served you need to tip them.

The part were we stayed was away from the mainbuilding which meant it was very boring after dinner. They only had 1 live act on, a singer with the same playlist everynight what bored even the barstaff! And with 4 children to walk over to the mainbuilding was a bit of a fuss so we left it.

My 10-year-old daughter's love for the Aqua park made us choose this hotel, and it was good... Frankly, it is much more than my expectations. I cannot understand the negative comments. As a family, we counted 15 pools with my wife, there are food and beverage activities and pools for all ages, and even pools, there are more. .Although we are local tourists, they are a very attentive team, from the reception to the security at the pool. It's a big hotel, it's crowded... you don't have to wait in line for the elevator in the main restaurants... There are cafes by every pool except the main restaurant (pizza, pasta, nagıt, etc., which children love). It's cold. hot food, ice cream varieties and incredibly fast service teams. The main restaurant is like a 24-hour factory with different tastes every day and prepared with real care. The menu appeals to all nationalities, we generally preferred a table on the grill side, they have very attentive and friendly staff. Furkan, Buğra, İsmail, Enes, thank you for your efforts, Mr. Güngör and Ahmet and their team at breakfast definitely deserve applause... They are very careful and attentive, they even take the tea sugar container from the table as soon as they see it... Room cleaning is good, but tipping is a bit serious there. This is my only criticism... The beach was not our choice, but there were people swimming in the sea. We generally preferred the pools. There is a toilet close to each pool and it is clean, which is a nice detail... I wrote what came to my mind, we looked at the comments and chose it. I hope it will be useful for those who will choose it. We wish you a good holiday in advance.
