Me & my boyfriend came from Liverpool & stayed here earlier this year back in August. Such a lovely little cottage tucked away! It was spotless inside, very neat & tidy & decorated nicely. Chris was just as we hoped, very friendly & helpful. When we arrived he offered us tea & cake. He gave us a map showing us...

Spotless room, with underfloor heating in the hallway and bathroom. Old fashioned windows overlooking a garden which I'm sure in summer would be very pretty. Made to feel very welcome by Chris who could not have gone to more trouble. Great different choices of breakfast, with a platter of fresh fruit being a lovely and unexpected touch.

My friend and I loved our stay at spring cottage. The cottage is a lovely old fashioned place and our room, minimal but very clean and with anything you might need, had a french window giving access to the beautiful garden. And if this is not enough, the best host ever will make you feel cherished as Chris really looks...

This was my 2nd visit to Spring Cottage this year and probably my 6th or 7th visit in total- I've actually lost count of my exact number of visits over the last 7 years after discovering the best B&B ever, I always look forward to returning! I've visited annually for the last 4 years at the start and finish of...

Spring Cottage is a very sympathetically modernised 16th century cottage and a delightful place to stay. Our room was very comfortable and Chris an excellent host, who booked a table for us at a nearby pub for our evening meal, and served a top quality breakfast the next morning. We could hardly ask for more. Incidentally, follow Chris's advice on...

Well, just like another reviewer here, I have never posted a review on tripadvisor before, but this place just deserves the highest marks. I don't know what to add in this crowd of satisfied guests. My girlfriend and I decided to stay one more night than was planned (three instead of two nights, luckily we could) as we just felt...

Stopped off for one night en route to Isles of Scilly. This was our 4th visit to Spring Cottage since our first in 2010. It has to be one of the best B&Bs ever with Chris the most wonderful host. His breakfasts are to die for with such a variety of choices. Thank you once again Chris we love staying...

We were attending a wedding in early July. Spring Cottage was ideally located between the church in Truro and the reception at Caerhays Castle. Chris, as others describe, is an excellent host with great local knowledge. His attention to detail is amazing. We stupidly did not book a garden room to take advantage of the attention to detail there as...

We stayed at Spring Cottage for 3 days, over the August Bank Holiday. Our first impression was how beautiful the cottage was, then the experience got better and better. Our room was beautiful and the breakfasts were exceptional (and also very beautifully presented). The owners made us very welcome, upon arrival offering us tea and cake, whilst Chris ran through...
