Great place to stay, George and his family who run it are so nice and welcoming. If you want a great relaxing holiday there is no better place, the only downside is it is a good 10 to 15 minute walk to Roda but a nice walk. The apartments are very clean and the cleaner is really good.

After 10 visits to Roda this was our first visit to Kosmas but we will be back. George and family were brilliant. Effie was lovely and her young cousin aged 14 made us laugh. The rooms were basic (as are all greek rooms) but not as basic as a lot we have slept in. They were large and clean and... More

Just back from our 4th visit, so we obviously like it! Where do I start? Firstly this is small family run complex of approx 20 apartments and an annex of another 8 (new for this year). The rooms are basic but very clean, the cleaner comes 6 days per week and works very hard. You have a basic kitchen with... More

Stayed here for a week with Olympic holidays and we had a lovely holiday! Rooms were nice and clean, basic but worth what you pay! Had a big sized balcony which caught the sun all day. Staff were so friendly! Would really recommend the Greek night and BBQ, we had so much fun! The only downfalls I had were our... More

I don't understand how people have slated this place on earlier reviews! we stayed here for 2 weeks self catering (3 adults and 2 kids) and stayed in room 15. The room its self is fairly spacious, I didn't feel like we were on top of each other. If you have been to Greece before you should know what the... More
