First off, Allan was so easy to work with as well as an excellent tour guide. We loved him! Birdsong Villa was the most beautiful site we have ever seen. Absolutely breathtaking. Literally, we just stared without saying a word on multiple occasions. The property was perfectly maintained with a garden of plants and flowers in every direction. There is...

Birdsong Villa is a very special and amazing place. The home had every amenity, and then some. We loved the bathtub, the lighting, the shower and the waterfall outdoor shower. The location in El Castillo (Arenal), is just beautiful. The roads in the area are very adventurous. Kelly, the concierge, was very kind, patient and helpful. Fabricio, who came every...

Our stay at Birdsong B&B was everything we could ask for and more. Each morning we woke up to fresh made coffee and breakfast prepared by the chef. With fresh fruits and proteins it was easy to adhere to my dairy free and grain free lifestyle. The host Allen a transplant from NY made us feel as home and accommodated...

Alan was a great host, he made us feel very welcome with his relaxed attitude. We really enjoined Alan's company he was very helpful with information for activities. Allen is a charming New Yorker who will offer suggestions if needed. The restaurant down the road is a small walk (don't forget your head lamps at night) withy AMAZING food. Breakfast is home cooked. May feel out of the way, but very special location and worth the 4x4 drive up!

We stayed at Birdsong a while back. I am planning another trip. Glad to hear allen is still the owner. He was very helpful. The view from our bed was so fantastic I doubt I will ever have anything like it again. Until I return. The volcano was framed in the window. The food was fantastic. We hired the cook...

I am totally shocked. This is the first time in 5 years that a guest has been so unhappy with Birdsong. I work very hard to make all guest feel at home as much as possible. I guess though that is impossible to make everyone happy. I always tell guest that if they want complete privacy that I would be...

We recently spent 5 day & nights at Birdsong B&B for a portion of our Honeymoon. We found Birdsong plus the surrounding Arenal area to be a delight. We would wake of every morning with the majestic site of the Arenal volcano, a lovely homemade breakfast & a symphony of Birdsongs amongst monkey talk. It was a true jungle experience....
