great breakfast, wonderful views, nice pool, very good value for the room..but no airconditioning..several fans but when it is 102F you need more but we were only in the room at night. would absolutely stay again but the almost just single lane road to the hotel made us nervous.

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights having a great view on the Arenal vulcano waiting for it to burst and have front row seats (....didn't happen). Neat rooms, bit old-fashioned as are the pool and restaurant. Location is perfect a lot more peaceful than la Fortuna. incredible but true, the poolbar blocks the vulcano view when sitting...

This hotel has potential, but is in need of investment and refurbishment. The design and architecture is quite lovely, utilising beautiful wood and echoing the shape of the volcano. The hotel is in a stunning location and the views of the volcano and lake are wonderful. Bear in mind that the hotel is about 23 very bumpy km from La...

Knowing that the volcano's lava flow is general most visible in the middle of the night, our top priority in selecting a hotel in Arenal was to be on the active side of the volcano with a view from our room. We selected Linda Vista for its view, but got much than that. We stayed in one of the Master...

I cannot say enough about the view available at the Linda Vista. We were lucky to be there for three nights in what we heard was one of the most active periods in recent times so lots of lava and a front row / bed view for it. None of us got much sleep the first night due to the...

The staff were all pleasant, helpful and patient from the housekeeping to the restaurant to the front desk. The hotel has a unique view of the volcano (best very early in the am before the clouds) and of the lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Due to limited rooms available my kids had one of the base rooms. After...

The view was great, the room was great, the cocktails were gret, breakfast was ok, nothing special but it is really the best place to have a nice view. Lodge has a better view of course but IO would not like to stay there, it's good for a walk but not more. Would really recomments it. And it's better to...

We spent three nights at Linda Vista about a week ago and loved our stay. The restaurant staff was very professional and Alberto at the front desk was great in recommending the best hiking spots and finding us a guide for the hanging bridges. The location was perfect for exploring all the Arenal attractions and La Fortuna is only about...

During our vacation to CR we stayed here 2 nights before moving on to Monteverde and loved it. It's a bumpy drive to get there but the view and accomodations was worth it.
