I don't care about anything else. They didn't have any fans we could use or any other rooms. Also, the wifi was not very good. The rooms didn't have a good smell. The bathroom shower head was broken. They sent someone to fix the air conditioner but it didn't help.

The Pyramid Hotel is a nice 5 story hotel with an awesome staff. Everyone was super nice. They have a restaurant on the 5th floor. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. I stayed in one of the superior rooms on the 3rd floor. The room was clean with bottled water and snacks. I only had one issue. The shower...

First let me say that this hotel was clean clean clean! And had a powerful A/C, which was great. I didn't have hot water in shower, but I still really enjoyed it (noticed that water in sink was hot later in day). After a week in remote Cambodia, this was a great treat!

Pyramid is a fabulous, well-run and beautiful hotel in Sisophon. I have been there recently. All things is super awesome. The breakfast is delicious, the room is well-equipped, spa with reasonable price. The young, small eye man is very reliable. He tried to get me every requests I wand. I like to stay here. But the only thing I do...

After a pleasant stay 2 years ago I was keen to revisit. Returning was a mistake. It took 36 hours to connect to their wifi despite the best efforts of a staff member. Their wifi is configured incorrectly. Breakfast is disgusting. Pre cooked dishes are not kept warm and when we asked for the coffee to be heated the staff...

The good things about this hotel are that the rooms are pleasant and it is in a good location. The young man at reception made every attempt to be helpful, as did the woman who worked hard to connect us to the Internet. That said, the stony faced manager - who watched but did not identify himself as I expressed...

The rooms are amazing and the showers are great! The food is good. They have western and khmer but the choice are limited. They used to have pizza and it was amazing! This is a great stop on your way to phnom penh or Bantey Chamar. Room tip: make sure you ask for a renovated room! They are really nice.

My husband and I stayed here for a month while we volunteered for an NGO in Banteay Meanchey Province. The Hotel is well managed. Several staff members speak adequate English. Both restaurants, one on ground level and the other on the 5th floor serve delicious food. You will need to pay up front for your room. We paid $15 per...

Here for the first time: on NGO business and I'm told by my fellow NGO volunteers in the know, that this is the best place to stay in the city. Room was clean. Aircon was a blessing. Everyone very nice. You might want to bring some earplugs for sleeping as there are morning calls to prayer on some days very...

Stayed here for work for 5 days and I imagine I will be back in the future. The combo of good price, great staff and a reasonably priced restaurant that serves good quality food is a winner. You can come back form a day in the field and choose to either disappear into your room, walk to the gym, sit...
