We have been staying at the Weary Ploughman for about 5 years at least twice a year. It's comfortable extremely clean & very welcoming. The breakfasts are to die for. Locally sourced produce & the sausages are yummy. Highly recommended if u want a good place to stay in Torbay.

Thank you for the time you have takin to write this great review, it really is much appreciated ! - As your a regular you might be aware that although I was only managing the Inn during your stay, as the sale didn't go through until December, the Inn is now under new ownership and we are incredibly keen to...

We arrived at 17.30 and booked straight in. We could have dropped our bags off earlier but as the pub didn't open till 17.30 it wasn't a problem. The room was massive, a lovely comfortable queen size bed, TV and tea making facilities, en-suite bathroom and free wi-fi. We were given a key to the side door for when the...

Stayed for 2 nights ... Easy to find on main road into Brixham ...2 miles away, 4 miles from Dartmouth by ferry at Kingswear. This is a lovely inn, big car park, next to Churston station - very handy for trains to Paignton and Kingswear. Room we had was great, certainly big and nice bathroom , great value for money....

Nice atmosphere.....busy but not overcrowded. Varied menu and some items are available in smaller portions for those of us put off by a huge plateful! Efficient staff. Selection of ales and Luscombe non alcoholic drinks, plus the usual wines etc.

Upon arrival (large car park) we entered into a lovely bar area with adjoining restaurant and were shown to our room which was very spacious overlooking Churston station. Plenty of storage space, twin beds and nice bathroom perfectly adequate for a short break and no problems with noise....

Have visited the Weary Ploughman on numerous occasions as we live close by. The staff are always very professional, and the food is always very good (great gourmet burgers and stone baked pizzas, fabulous fish and chips, wonderful Sunday roasts). I would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
