Really nice stay in a very convenient and lovely B & B Isobel and Pat went out of there way from first contact last September to help with any questions we had. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choices and served in the conservatory in the garden. All in all such a good stay we've already booked for next year

We had a nicely decorated twin room with ensuite bath/shower room. Everything was clean and tidy. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, and were obviously prepared to go the extra mile to ensure we were completely happy. Breakfasts were awesome with a wide range of options - I think we managed to try them all. The train station was...

We stayed here on our trip around Scotland. Our room was very comfortable. The home itself was lovely with beautiful gardens. The breakfast room was an atrium. Absolutely lovely. Our hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I highly recommend it!

I often worry when I'm looking for somewhere to stay and a hotel/B&B has reviews that appear to be 'too good' - as they are for the Roods. However, having stayed there for the past three years when I've been working in the area, I can say hand on heart that the five star reviews are there with good reason....

3 days and 3 nights spent at home away from home with lots of extras! Isobel is a warm & attentive hostess who goes out of her way to make sure you're getting the most out of her B&B experience. Very conveniently located if you want to travel to Edinburgh. Breakfast never disappoints! We especially enjoyed our 16-fruit frit salad...

We stayed for 4 nights in Inverkeithing and were made to feel at home during the first night. Isolbel & Patrick (the Hosts) made us feel more than welcome, and gave us good tips on places to visit and restaurants to dine at. We certainly felt as though we have new freinds in Inverkeithing, and if we are ever in...

I went to attend an event at The Royal Highland Centre, which was only a 20 minute drive or so away back across the bridge. The room was very comfortable with modern on-suite and overlooking lovely gardens. The hosts Isobel and Patrick are very accommodation and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice with plenty to choose from.
