Second time we've been and loved it even more on this visit. We had two lovely nights, lovely castle room, lovely views and such a beautiful place. Food was lovely, dinner in both the dungeons and the orangery was fab as was the breakfast Spoilt ourselves in the spa, treatments are a major must. The whole team are lovely and...

I booked a 2 night spa package for my Girlfriend for her birthday. All I can say is, perfect. Great massage, great service, lovely rooms and the food, well, it was perfect and indulgent. The library had a bookcase that opened up to be the bar (hidden) and everything about this place was great. Expensive, but to be expected. If...

First, everything was nicely resolved. With that introduction….our introduction to the hotel got off on the wrong foot. While the reception was very nice, we discovered a few glitches with the bathroom. One ceiling light was out and another one about to go out. The heated towel rack didn’t work and water was leaking from under the sink onto the...

When you drive up it is like a Fairy tale. Just what you would expect. Inside nice stair way heading up both sides of the entrance to reception. Met by a very pleasant cheery kilted young man with a spring in his step. Took our bags and us up to our room, room 3. Inside massive four poster bed double...

Had a very enjoyable 2 night break, having last visited here about 15 years ago. The library bar remains an enchanting haunt. Interesting and unique venue and staff friendly. I have only rated this as 4 because of the abysmally slow service in the Orangery on the first evening and at breakfast where there was a long wait between courses...

Having stayed here around a year ago I decided to book again as I had enjoyed my stay so much the last time. Many hotels will sell history and the castle experience on their website however in reality they don't quite live up to the expectation. I would say that this hotel well exceeds my expectations each time I visit,...

Just went in for a coffee after our evening meal at the Sun Inn, we enjoyed looking at the castle once again as this is where we had our wedding reception a while ago. We were surprised to find out that there was a Ghost Tour which was fantastic. The Hotel is a fairytale for some and it is what...

For our sixth and final night in Scotland we stayed here. This was where we splurged for accommodations. There was some mix up with our booking as we did it through a booking site and there seemed to be a communication problem but the front desk got the manager involved and solved the issue immediately. And actually upgraded our room...

Visited Dalhousie Castle Spa on a voucher deal and it was a fantastic place. An old castle which had all its original features. The first hour we had exclusive use of the facilitiies but overall in the end there were 6 of us using the facilities. The spa comprised of a hydrotherapy pool which had a metal body contoured bed...
